Comfort Inn

The rooms really are ok. And comfortable. The service is also good but we had to pay upfront. Weird!!! We will still come here again. We were here 3 weeks ago. The price for this visit was just over 50% more. I call that gouging. When I initially looked at booking rooms here, for the second time, the price was about 4.5 times the price of our first visit. That's disgusting. With a phone call I was told they could not go below $200. That's what we paid. We are working in town. FOR A COMFORT INN??? It is the United States Memorial long weekend.

I will not be coming back to this hotel. It makes Comfort Inn look bad. There was furniture damage right infront of the fridge, I took a shower and the drain in the bath tub was plugged so water built up in the bottom of the tub. The caulking around the base of the toilet was dirty and broken, stemming away from the toilet. There was a pee stain on the bathroom floor. It smelt like old cigarettes in the room so I was luckily able to open a small window. There was hair on top of the tank of the toilet, hair on the bathroom sink counter. The fridge kept me up most of the night, making so much noise and vibration. It was so loud I did not turn the ac on. I did a bed bug inspection, no bugs, nor eggs, however, on the sides of the mattress there were dark stains and it was really, a surprise to see. I should have asked for another room, it was a king sized bed and I was tired. I will never go here again. I was very disappointed. Hardly slept. No free breakfasts includes like at other Comfort Inn's. There is no pride taken in this hotel if all the rooms were like mine. Just a disgrace.

Customer service was outstanding. We had a couple small issues and they fixed them immediately. Accommodations were clean and as expected. Could use an update but great place for the reasonable price.

Stayed here a few times while visiting family. Last time was a nightmare due to a large group of ppl parting in the hallway keeping the rest of the 2nd floor awake at night. I called the reception a few times to have to stop and nothing happened. Requested a refund so we could go to another hotel for the night and was denied...with a laugh. They said their 'bouncer' asked them several times. I took care of it myself and with floor was clear and quiet within 5 min. Will not stay here again.

Stayed last night for a wedding, travelled from Barrie - parents travelled from Newfoundland. Room was clean and tidy. Service was great. Only issue was with the air quality in the room, everyone woke up with stuffy sinus with how dry the room was. Wife had a nosebleed due to drives.
