Four Points by Sheraton St. Catharines Niagara Suites

Great place with large and clean rooms. Our one bedroom suite was really nice.we booked for the weekend including breakfast,and it's a must to have!! Great service and friendly staff.

Wasn't an overnight guest, but did make use of the facilities. Everything was great, with no complaints. In a decent area with easy access to the highway, Brock, and a few fast food places. Will visit again

Great place to stay when visiting Niagara with family! We had a small issue with the room, and the front desk agents handled it superbly! We are very happy with the suites and the customer service. We will definitely return!

Falsely and intentionally advertising free breakfast on their google page. When I asked the front desk why was free breakfast shown as an amenity on their google page the nice lady even said yea that breakfast was free if you pay for their package in advance in your room rate. You can understand my frustration. Either she didn't know what free meant or she thought I am a complete idiot. In the end I don't care much if breakfast is included or not in the room rate but being lied to is not acceptable because with a familly of 4 I might base my budget decision on such information not being missleading. The room themselves were ok but I can't give more than 1 star for false representation which is illegal.

Good rooms clean with a lot of space neatly organized furnityre and comfortable beds. Room service delivers high quality food at a reasonable price. Good experience and helpful staff. Honestly it's a really good four star hotel
