I stayed two nights for a conference held at the hotel, and I was very happy with my experience. The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and the event catering was excellent.nnThe gym facilities are limited and the room can fill up quickly, but it was adequate for my needs. Unfortunately the indoor pool was being serviced so I couldn't use it, but the outdoor pool was open and even in late September, I was able to enjoy a refreshing swim while enjoying a great view of the Falls.nnSpeaking of views, please note that only one side of the hotel has a view of the Falls. The other side has a nice view of the city but buyer beware if you really want to see the Falls from your room.nnThe event catering and assistance was top-notch and everyone raved about the food which was prepared for us at breakfast, lunch and dinner.nnOverall I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it for family visits or business travel.
We recently stayed at the Sheraton Fallsview for a tournament, and they did an exceptional job accommodating our group, which required 15 rooms. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficient. The staff ensured all rooms were ready and situated close together, which was convenient for our group. Throughout our stay, the service was excellent—any requests or inquiries were handled promptly. The hotel’s amenities were a perfect bonus, especially with its proximity to the falls, offering our group a great balance between the tournament and some downtime. Overall, it was a seamless experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Fallsview for any group stays!
I will start off with the rooms are exceptionally clean. The rooms are all modern and well appointed. The view from the room was awesome. The hotel is perfectly located. There are many things to do right on the property. They have a Starbucks, gift shop, parking, casino, pool, spa, restaurants, arcade, and many other things you can do without stepping outside. The only down fall was that check in time is 4pm. They did not have our room ready till 6pm. The extra 2 hour wait sucked after driving for 6 hours to get there.
Location! If you want to be in the middle of all the touristy experiences and able to walk to the river, this is it! Lobby...large lobby, stretches to include Starbucks, restaurants, shopping, and a wonderful ice cream shop, Sweet Jesus. Staff were very friendly. We were able to check our bags when we arrived early. Could arrange to receive a text message when our room was available. We needed an accessible room which I had requested but they had to do some switching when we arrived. The room was large, view of Clifton Hill. Large bathroom with a wonderful walk-in shower. Large TV and comfortable chair to sit and people watch out the window. Restaurants were available in the hotel. We ate at the buffet and had a view of the falls. Buffet food like you would probably expect, good variety. There was a small balcony you could go out on to see the falls. The hotel was very busy even for a time that is not really the busy season. Multiple tour buses arrived during our stay. We used the valet parking which was worth it to us. My husband is disabled and the parking garage is actually with the casino, so we were worried about the distance he would need to walk to get to the hotel. With his disability placard, we did not have to pay extra for valet. Parking is still expensive but that little bit helped. Everything is expensive, but all the places in the falls views area are. Drive up Lundy Lane for more affordable eating and shopping options. Not sure how the falls view rooms were, but there were nice views from the restaurant. Many upscale options at this hotel. I recently stayed at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel, and it was an amazing experience. The location is unbeatable, offering breathtaking views of the falls right from the room. Waking up to that view every morning was incredible. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities you’d expect from a high-quality hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel’s proximity to local attractions and restaurants made it super convenient to explore the area. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend the Sheraton Fallsview to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.
