Ramada Jordan/Beacon Harbourside Resort

Well, the bed was comfy and the view was beautiful, but other than that, I wouldn't go back. No fridge, no micro, no shampoo and 7 or 8 TV stations that worked. I couldn't believe that lack of stations. The people above us woke me with pounding and door slamming and that didn't stop until 1:37. Maybe we have just been lucky in other hotels. It isn't often that my hubby and I go away, so the room was a disappointment. Again, if you are just going to sleep, then these rooms would be fine. But for creature comforts, don't expect much.

Dependable place as there is not much selection in that area. Just off the highway but nice views of the water. I thought the C$204 /night was high for a place like that, but it was late July, so summer rates. Friendly staff! Great cycling in the area too!

The staff here is top shelf!!! They literally go above and beyond your expectations!! They have brains AND USE them!! we hadn't stayed with the beacon harbourfront since a manager gave us poor service (Jason) but Frank and the others really made up for it!! I am so glad we gave the beacon another chance. The dining room serves exceptional dishes at exceptionally fair prices, and the servers/wait staff is truly wonderful you can tell they all care about their reputation as they were great!!! Thank you Ramada you will be my only call!!!!

Beautiful views and nice rooms. Comfortable beds. Gym is terrible, so bad it's like there is no gym. Pool is good

Comfortable and cozy. Sure, it's a little bit dated and a bit out of the way from Niagra Falls but I would definitely stay again. Friendly staff, amazing view and awesome wine. We sat on our second floor balcony and watch ships well into the night on Lake Ontario.
