Coast Coal Harbour Hotel by APA

Nice hotel but missing some great essentials for business travel. The lobby does not have any space like a business center to meet a client. Simple stuff like a coffee machine at the lobby or complementary water in the room would be nice.nFor the price, I would have gotten better value in another hotel...I ended up meeting clients in an alternate location.

Great hotel and very clean. Loved the Toto toilet! Good location and pleasant views. Stayed here twice in a week and will book again. On my second stay, I was selected ‘guest of the day’ and got a goodie bag and a voucher towards a meal. Very whimsical initiative. I recommend booking directly and signing up for the rewards program. I did that and got upgraded to rooms with beautiful views.

Our room had many little surprises. They definitely had the guests in mind when designing the rooms. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms and counter space are good. Showers are nice with sufficient water flow. The views were great.

I was in a newly renovated room on the 19th floor. Everything is clean and welcoming. The staff was so friendly and helpful, offering up nearby restaurant recommendations and ordering a cab when we needed it. Highly recommend!

Nice clean rooms and a very modern bathroom. Location is very convient to lot of downtown places, of course a lot of walking when you in downtown but Uber are reasonable prices and quick pickup. Service was excellent.
