Great Hotel. We had a spacious room on 17th floor with balcony. Room was clean, beds very comfortable. Location is great, staff very friendly and helpful, parking was easy.nOnly negative point: water pressure was very low, washing hair in the shower needs some patience.
I highly recommend this hotel! Its location is superb, the staff is very friendly and the rooms/space was perfect for us. We upgraded to a higher room with a water view for a fee and had a wonderful view of English Bay from floor 22. We also requested a late late checkout and were accommodated for a fee. The hot tub and pool were great too. Very central location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.
This was a recommendation from a friend and did not disappoint. We were booked into the 30 the floor with water views. The room was smaller than a standard, but was everything we needed with a balcony view that was stunning and worth the $$! The entire hotel was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast at Abode was yummy. We paid $21/for parking, but appreciated immediate proximity to hotel. Walking everywhere was simple from this location, what a fun and vibrant area. Thanks, we will be back again.
So far, our stay here at the Blue Horizon hotel has been very comfortable and inviting. The rooms are very spacious and have a nice view. From the reception to the room service staff, everyone has went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. Also, anytime we asked for something, it was delivered or fixed within minutes. It's not easy to travel with a baby and a toddler so anytime a hotel makes it a smooth and easy experience, we are very appreciative! Thank you very much to all the staff here.
My favourite place to stay when in Vancouver! Location is excellent, rooms are big, beds are so comfortable and I have only ever had fabulous customer service from all of the staff! Love the retro vibe of the hotel and rooms, they are updated and new, with a slight retro feel!nThis stay we were on the 12th floor, and the views only get better the higher you are.
