Carmana Plaza

I stayed here for 4 nights with my parents, in a two-bedroom executive suite. It’s hard finding accommodations for 3 people that aren’t simply a king bed, and this place blew us away! Complete with a full kitchen and comfortable beds, our suite was spacious and relaxing. Breakfast is not included, which was fine because we wanted to try the local brunch spots anyway. Overall, this place is better than most 4 star places I’ve stayed at, and I will be back!

I stayed here for a month while I found an apartment. The unit I got was at least 700 ft2, it had a full kitchen and a balcony. Only thing that was not great was doing laundry. The washing machines are located on the third floor and you need to download an app to use the machines $5 CAD per wash/dry run if memory serves me well. The gym is acceptable for short stay dumbbells, treadmill, peloton bikes and a pull-up bar.

While the location is great, the suite is clean and comfortable, those who rent have to be aware that the sofa in the living room is locked! The hotel policy is that children under 12 years old have to sleep with the adults! To unlock the sofa, one has to pay $23 on top of $421/night taxes included. It seems that at Carmana Plaza, they rent beds not the suites. I will never return to this place!

I stayed here with a group of friends for my 30th birthday and had the best time. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Suites were clean and roomy. Such a beautiful well located hotel. Thank you for putting up with us!

A very good and clean and bright hotel in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Great view, modern decor, full kitchen and fridge, and lots of walkable and public transportation to anywhere you wish to be in this beautiful city.Rooms: 4/5

Very nice hotel. We had a suite with a decent sized kitchen and living room. Staff very friendly and allowed for an early checkin. Only complaint would be the elevators! Not enough to service the building and they are often full or very slow.

My first time for this hotel, it was on January 1 to 2nd, i stayed for one night and I enjoyed the hotel, everything was ok, but afew day later I checked my bank account, I saw it seemed like they changed me over amount. Anyway I wasn't sure there's something wrong or not and I called front desk to check with them if there is something wrong but the front was so impatient, I have an accent and she also has an accent which is hard to understand each, the way she talked to me like i was so annoying and wasting her time and rushed to hang up before I finished the conversation. This is so rude. As her job is service job, she should be more patient. With her all customers. I promise I am not gonna stay with this hotel again. It was so dissappoited.

Excellent place, comfortable beds, safe and lots if room in the rooms. It's a 15 min walk to the Canada Place. The hotel is surrounded by many stores, restaurants and sites to see. Rooms: Very comfortable bed, the rooms are roomy. Safety: Felt safe no matter tike if day. Walkability: Near to anything you need, and only 13 min to to Canada Place. It's a downhill walk to Canada Place.

Easy to get to from the airport by public transit sky train to central station, then 8 minute walk. Super central location for food, sights. Front desk was very welcoming and helpful.

I am giving 3 starts because of only 1 fact, I struggle a lot with the internet, the conexión was Terrible and I felt like the room has not been updated in terms of equipment, some of them I used to go there before and it was better4 stars but now due to the internet conexión in my situation.Rooms: 3/5
