Great hotel in an excellent location! The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a nice variety of options.nnA big plus for cruise travelers is that the hotel offers luggage storage after checkout, allowing you to enjoy the city before boarding your cruise. The cruise terminal is within walking distance, which was very convenient.nnThere are also plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby that can easily be reached on foot.nnThe only issue I noticed was that the bathroom ceiling air vent was very dusty and appeared overdue for cleaning. It stood out because everything else in the hotel was spotless.nnOverall, a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
We chose to stay here before and after our cruise. The hotel itself is nice - a little dated but very clean and comfortable. The restaurant is very good as well! What I’d like to really point out is the staff. We had a few snags in our trip and they helped us through each one. First, my daughter woke up the day of our cruise with a raging ear infection. I was extra freaked out being in a different country and not knowing how the healthcare system worked. The front desk staff helped us find a clinic and my daughter was literally back at the hotel with antibiotics within 2 hours of us realizing there was an issue. It was amazing. When we returned from the cruise, the day we were to fly home, I woke up with a 10/10 migraine. I could not fly. Not only did they accommodate us for another night during what was probably one of the busiest times since the World Cup is happening but they managed to keep us in the same room somehow. I just want to commend the staff for helping us deal with what could have been much more stressful situations with grace and kindness. A great hotel and we’d definitely stay again!!
We were asked to offer feedback to the management of the hotel, by the reception staff of the newly refurbished 18th floor. This review is in relation to that request.nnThe rooms were beautifully decorated and furnished, with an amazing comfortable bed, views out across the harbour and a balcony. Certainly no complaints about the quality or cleanliness of the rooms, nor of the helpfulness of the hotel staff including front desk, restaurant team and duty manager.nnAll we would offer are some observations of how the rooms could be made better for guests:-n1. Toilet door has no handle - very difficult to close/open as a result.n2. Shower cubicle would benefit from a shelf for guests own bathroom accessoriesn3. The shower door opens onto the toilet. It would be a better configuration and safer wet floors if the doors were reversed, so that the occupant could step out ahead of the toilet.n4. In double queen rooms, an additional bedside table would have been helpful.nnThese are all minor suggestions supplied in anticipation of them being helpful to the management team.nnEven without these adjustments, I'd have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone seeking very good quality accommodation in Vancouver.
I had a great experience at Pinnacle Harbourfront Vancouver, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from Reza, one of the security guards. From the moment we arrived, he was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to assist guests, always with a friendly attitude and a smile.nnIt’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in their work and makes visitors feel so comfortable and valued. Reza’s outstanding customer service left a lasting impression and truly enhanced our stay. Pinnacle Harbourfront is fortunate to have him on their team.nnThank you, Reza, for making our visit such a positive experience!
Love the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront.nOur room had an excellent water and city view. It was clean and tidy, very comfortable.nnThe bistro was great. The staff were super friendly. I wish I could remember the hostess and waiters' names. They were just do lovely. The food was good. They can cater for gluten free which of course makes this dietary challenged individual very happy.nnI would love to have been able to stay longer.
