Perfect hotel for a great price on our honeymoon. Rooms were a little dated decor wise but super clean. The staff.... Omg I can't say enough nice things about the staff. They were all so nice! A man at the front desk gave us some recommendations as to where to go to eat and what to go see while we were here and the cleaning ladies are so funny, friendly, and fun to talk too. Not to mention the location is top tier. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful experience on our honeymoon.

This hotel is in great walking location to anywhere downtown including Rogers Arena. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops near by. Close to the Vancouver Convention Centre as well.nnThe rooms are a bit dated and could use some updating but they are certainly clean and have the appropriate amenities needed.nnWhat stood out more than anything was the staff and service. The staff were friendly, approachable, funny, and when the hotel says they are dog friendly they truly are. They provide a dog bed and a dog bowl. Additionally, they take the time to get to know your animal.nnThe restaurant is reasonable and has a terrific lunch. If you are able to get Pavel, he is fantastic and will take great care of you.nnThank you for the stay.
The hotel is decent, I would stay again. I slept very well here. Wi-Fi is spotty. Good size pool. Small hot tub with very strong jets. Free umbrellas to borrow. Nice staff. The restaurant is kind of expensive, but the hotels gave lunch coupons. Minor issues: pool area stays wet, weak or no fan in bathroom in room. Despite 5 elevators, it takes a long time to get down as many people get picked up. Gym is fine with lots of equipment, but some stuff is old.
Great location. Super friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was lovely. Our waiter Raju was super nice and efficient. The lovely man who stored our luggage as we arrived early was very nice and accommodating. Also the friendly house keeper Sharon made sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful place and staff.
