Sutton Place Hotel Vancouver

The rooms are nice. The pool and hot tub area needs work. They allow outdoor shoes in this area which brings in dirt. Pool deck is gross to walk around. The hot tub area had Ants crawling around it. The windows are quite dirty and what to me looked like mold. They only have one restaurant / lounge. Room service prices are overly expensive. They charge $38 dollars for one night parking! I probably won’t book there again.

Beautiful spot in the heart of Vancouver.nRooms were great, pool was nice and not too busy when I went. Food and drinks were amazing. Our waitress Brittany took great care of us! She's amazing at her job.nMiguel the concierge went above and beyond after my checkout while I had ten hours to kill before my flight home. His recommendations and taking care of my bags all day took a lot of stress off me.nLoved the whole experience and highly recommend.

I checked in today after a long drive and was so thrilled to be treated so courteously, efficiently and with such friendliness by Cesar. He handled the check in such an amazing way, all my stress from the drive just melted away. He made me feel so at home, and even provided an upgrade to the nicest room we’ve ever had!! I can’t recommend this place and the wonderful service enough!!nThe reception staff are always kind and efficient, but this experience was the best ever!! Thanks Cesar and all the test of the team!!

I would give it a five star, but the price is just too costly. I don’t understand the justification on $400 average/night plus parking. It’s a fairly nice hotel, yes, but the cost is equivalent to a round-trip flight to a vacation destination in US or Mexico. I’ve stayed at equivalent hotels for much less, with a better gym for that matter, but if you can afford it…it’s a nice hotel and good location. The Italian kitchen restaurant, which is my absolute favourite, is right across the street which is a huge bonus for me. Vancouver is getting out of hand in my opinion.

This lovely king suite was so comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the clean and convenient kitchen and bath. The suite had a real home feel. The staff were very friendly, parking was super easy and everything else you might need is a short walk from your room. After a busy week in Whistler, our 2 days at the Sutton was a real treat.
