Hyatt Regency Vancouver

Super spacious room in at excellent location!nnJust 8 mins walk from Sky train of Canada Line and 1 min walk to expo line. Bus stops are very close.nMany restaurants, cafe and shops nearby. We were given a room at 31th floor with great city view.nBed and beddings were comfortable and plenty of plugs in room.nI most appreciated the cleanliness of the bed as I could not find dust on them with the plastic tape roll! Amazing!nnStaff are helpful and professional.nThankful to have wonderful stay here. I especially love to have filter water at the machine instead of bottle water. Environment friendly. If you want to have hot water, pls ask for a kettle.nnParking fee is very expensive. Better go to the hotel by public transport.

Great experience! Location was very convenient since it was easy to get to from YVR via train. Just about everything in downtown Vancouver is walking distance from the hotel. Heated pool is a nice touch. Guest services even loaned me an umbrella to walk to the convenience store. Definitely would stay here again!

Great Pre Cruise Stay in VancouvernnMy friend and I stayed here for two nights before our Alaska cruise, and it was an excellent choice. We booked the stay using points, and it was a great value.nnThe location was one of the biggest highlights. It was close to the cruise terminal, within walking distance of several great restaurants, and about a 25 to 30 minute drive from the airport.nnOur room was clean, comfortable, and located on a high floor with a nice view of the city.nnOne of my favorite parts of the stay was breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant. On beautiful mornings, the floor to ceiling windows opened completely, creating a true indoor outdoor atmosphere that made breakfast even more enjoyable.nnI also used the fitness center once during our stay. While it wasn’t large, it had everything I needed, including treadmills and free weights. The gym overlooks the outdoor pool. Although I didn’t use the pool myself, it looked like a popular spot for families, and I also noticed there was a sauna.nnOverall, this was a comfortable, well located hotel and a great choice for anyone staying in Vancouver before an Alaska cruise.

Used Hyatt points prior to the recent World of Hyatt changes for the stay and very good value! Overall great location! Very close to some major attractions and food locations. Located next to the Burrard station on the Expo line for Skytrain and around 7-8 mins away from the Vancouver City Centre station on the Canada line for Skytrain. Staff were helpful! Also the staff texted when room was ready and one could text the staff with questions or any requests. The Epic bus to Whistler stops next to the hotel. Room was clean and great view! The Turkish soccer team was staying at the hotel prior to their first World Cup game so was able to see the send off as they left the hotel and several Turkish fans were there. Lobby of the hotel was decorated for the Fifa world cup. Overall would recommend especially if using points if it comes out to very good to great cents per point value.

Friday Late May, 2026. Stayed one night with 2 kids, 3 person room. Paid $388 USD. Location was great, we took the light blue line from YVR and it was very walkable 4/5. Room was clean and quite even though there was a busy street right below us. As other mentioned the Church across the street sounds bells that are very loud, besides that only the police sirens get through. On the minus side, the walls and doors are not very great and you can hear lots of door closing and guests talking in the hallway, 3/5. The bathroom was nice and clean and stocked properly with toiletries for 3, 3/5. Bed was a good firmness but not the right size, it was 1 Queen bed. I booked the room through Agoda and it clearly states King Bed. We were counting on it since I was travelling with 2 kids, luckily we're skinny enough and it was just one night. Looking back I should've used WOH and price matched so there was no confusion, 3/5. We stayed one week prior to FIFA so prices are quite high, if this was factored in I'd prolly drop this to a 2.5 star review to protest this dynamic pricing all major hotels have adopted to.
