Hyatt Regency Vancouver

Friday Late May, 2026. Stayed one night with 2 kids, 3 person room. Paid $388 USD. Location was great, we took the light blue line from YVR and it was very walkable 4/5. Room was clean and quite even though there was a busy street right below us. As other mentioned the Church across the street sounds bells that are very loud, besides that only the police sirens get through. On the minus side, the walls and doors are not very great and you can hear lots of door closing and guests talking in the hallway, 3/5. The bathroom was nice and clean and stocked properly with toiletries for 3, 3/5. Bed was a good firmness but not the right size, it was 1 Queen bed. I booked the room through Agoda and it clearly states King Bed. We were counting on it since I was travelling with 2 kids, luckily we're skinny enough and it was just one night. Looking back I should've used WOH and price matched so there was no confusion, 3/5. We stayed one week prior to FIFA so prices are quite high, if this was factored in I'd prolly drop this to a 2.5 star review to protest this dynamic pricing all major hotels have adopted to.

You are paying for prime location, cleanliness, and comfortable beds. Great stay, but nothing fancy. There is a church across the street that sounds the bell really early morning. It didn’t bother me as I sleep with ear plugs, but might wake up your little one if you travel with you family.

Another great stay at a Hyatt in Vancouver. From the moment I pulled in outstanding costumer service. Ivon greeted me as soon as I pulled in. My truck was too high for the parking garage. He immediately helped me offload my things, including my cat and got my stuff to my room and told me not to worry about my car he’d figure out parking. He even watched over my cat hot dog while I ran a quick errand. He was genuine and so accommodating. The front desk got me in right away and checked in to a room that was not only nice, but clean, welcoming and there was a bed and bowls ready for hot dog. Highly recommend! Wonderful service and beautiful place. Close walking distance to food and shopping too. Will stay again.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They rushed to help me retrieve an item accidentally left behind after I checked out. Their elevator security system is appreciated.The hotel's location is the best if you're joining a cruise, since the port is minutes away. We enjoyed a huge breakfast buffet in their lounge.

Location wise is best in town, close to train station, very safe and surrounding by shopping store. The hotel now is very busy with FIFA world cup vibe …. Room is spacius and clean. Starbuck and bar for watching soccer just at the lobby. Niceee
