Hyatt Regency Vancouver

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Regency Vancouver and cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The check-in process was efficient, The room itself was nothing short of luxurious. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the linens were soft and inviting. Every amenity I could think of was provided, from a mini-fridge to a large flat-screen TV. The bathroom was sparkling clean and well-stocked with high-quality toiletries. The hotel's common areas were equally impressive. The combination of top-notch service, luxurious accommodations, and convenient location make it a must-visit for any traveler.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver for Christmas Eve and the atmosphere was very festive. You can't beat the location. It's right in the heart of downtown Vancouver. There is an in house swimming pool, hot tub, gym and restaurant and bar. Very clean and spacious rooms with an awesome view. I'd recommend the upgrade to a higher floor and with the city view. It's worth mentioning that there is a conveniently located Starbucks in the lobby of the hotel. Overall an awesome experience and what you'd expect from the Hyatt Regency!!!

Came here to stay for a work conference and had such a great experience. The hotel is in an amazing location and surrounded by so many wonderful restaurants and stores! It is also super close to the waterfront! Additionally, the views were unbeatable and I spent a large amount of free time in the outdoor hot-tub and swimming pool! So relaxing lol!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown. Only blocks from the harbor and Canada Place. Minutes to multiple food options, shopping and more.nFrom arrival the staff were very attentive and friendly. Upgraded to a better room and had a great view of the city.nMosaic Restaurant was great. Fast service and good food.nHad a 2 day conference and meeting rooms were spacious with all technology required and more.nWould love to visit again.

Disappointing Stay - Not the Hyatt Experience I ExpectednnI had high expectations for the Hyatt Regency Vancouver, but unfortunately, my experience was far from what I anticipated.nnWe weren’t informed in advance about parking fees, only to be surprised with a $40 per night charge. Clear communication about this would have been appreciated.nnThe breakfast was another disappointment. It was very basic, comparable to what you’d find in a much lower-rated hotel. What was most concerning was that none of the food items were labeled, which could be a serious issue for guests with allergies or dietary restrictions.nnHaving stayed at the Hyatt in Dubai, where the service and quality were exceptional, I expected a similar standard here. Sadly, it felt like this location is riding on the Hyatt name rather than delivering the experience it’s known for.nnOverall, it was a disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t return or recommend this property. I hope Hyatt reviews the guest experience here and makes the necessary improvements.
