The service here is very nice. They were very attentive and nice to me. It was a nice experience. The rooms are good quality. But, never buy the room service, it's genuinely terrible. It's also located next to lots of cool things so it's in a great location for walking. The quality is overall very nice.

Supper service. Very nice rooms, very comfortable and quite. Just the right size, under 100 rooms I think. Lively bar off the lobby. Loved the nightly turn down with the video fireplace turned on. Highly recommend!

I got to travel for work a lot more in the past few months and the Loden is definitely the best hotel I've stayed at. It deserves every honor it got since its opening. Tableau, their in-house restaurant, has a great 5 à 7 formula and the hotel staff treats the guests beyond what one could expect. The hotel is also a less than five-minute walk from Coal Harbour. I love trying different hotels when I travel to the same city more than once, but the Loden makes it difficult to want to stay anywhere else.

The rooms are well designed & spacious.The windows are floor to ceiling, letting in maximum sunlight.The bathroom was good with double sink and decent size separate tiled shower. In room -dining excellent.Quiet, great location, near downtown and shops, in Coal Harbor neighbourhood.The staff is very friendly and helpful, I have all praises for them. It's a perfect 10 in all departments really. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here December 2017. The absolute best service I have ever received from a hotel, the staff went above and beyond. We had a dinner out, and because of the snow the Loden cab was delayed by a few minutes for our reservation. Loden staff followed up with the restaurant and offered to buy us a couple cocktails on them. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. I travel globally and have had the fortune of staying in some of the nicest hotels there are to offer. I can honestly say that the Loden ranks as one of the best I have ever stayed in.
