We have stayed in a lot of hotels. We arrived at almost midnight after multiple flight delays and missing baggage so we were exhausted and probably a little grumpy. We were greeted by a wonderful employee that warmly welcomed us and gave us a summary of some of the incredible AMEX benefits we had. Check in was fast, smooth and we rented two rooms as we were traveling with our two teens. Our check in person was so warm and sweet that we immediately felt right at home and were finally able to relax after a brutal travel day. The hotel itself was beautiful and it was neat to hear that they have live music some nights. We ordered room service that was quick and the employees delivered it with a warm smile. We also ordered breakfast in the rooms and again had a lovely experience. The breakfast was delicious!! The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean and the bathroom and shower were amazing! My husband used their gym and was able to take advantage of their borrow gym clothes option which was sooooo cool!!! We only had a brief stay on our layover but we are already planning a trip back and next time we will stay much longer.
This hotel continues to set the standard for excellence in every possible way. The facilities are outstanding, and every single person who works here is incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely thoughtful.nnI had the chance to visit the newly renovated Gold Floor, and I was completely speechless. The design, attention to detail, and overall atmosphere are simply breathtaking.nnThis has been my favorite hotel for years, and that will never change. Once again, the concierge team went above and beyond to make my experience truly special.nnWe also spent time at the lounge, enjoying the live music, delicious sushi, and hands down the best espresso martini in town.nnThe room was as beautiful and comfortable as always, and I have to mention how much I love their in room products. the shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion are my favorite brand, which honestly makes the stay feel even more like home.nnAn unforgettable experience, every single time. Highly recommended..
Our stay at Fairmont Pacific Rim was exceptional, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish.nnWhat truly stood out was how incredibly pet-friendly the hotel is. They offer complimentary pet stays, and everything was prepared with care - a food bowl, a water bowl, a cozy pet bed, a litter box, fresh litter, and a scoop. Traveling with a cat can often feel stressful, but here it felt effortless and considerate.nnThe staff were consistently warm, attentive, and kind throughout our stay. Every interaction felt sincere rather than procedural, which made a real difference. Even late-night room service was excellent - prompt, well-presented, and quietly efficient, which added to the overall sense of comfort and ease.nnCombined with the beautiful atmosphere, peaceful evenings, and well-designed spaces, this felt like a place that understands comfort on a deeper level - not just for guests, but for their companions as well.nnWe would absolutely return, and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with pets who doesn’t want to compromise on quality, elegance, or care.
Had a great time on the staycation. We visited the Willow stream spa as I’ve heard great things about it. It was very nice and the service there was very good. There were fewer rooms available that I’d expected, but everything was clean and there were always people at your service. We went in the evening and the view was beautiful with all the Christmas lights everywhere. I was worried that we wouldn’t be able to see the view in the day but actually I preferred the evening. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and no complaints whatsoever. We spent time in the lounge and it is a beautiful lounge. The only thing I found was that was a bit pricey. I had an Irish coffee and the other party had an old-fashioned and that came up to be over $70 on my hotel bill so I a little confused about that. Our room was on the 17th floor and it was clean and very comfortable with a beautiful view.
It felt really refreshing and exciting staying at the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel in Vancouver for two nights with my parents, because the whole place had this lively and modern atmosphere that teenagers would enjoy a lot. Even just walking through the lobby felt playful in its own way, with the big stylish decorations and the relaxing music that made the environment feel welcoming instead of rushed. I noticed a lot of teenagers around the hotel during my stay, especially in the lobby areas and near the outdoor spaces, and it made sense to me because the hotel has this youthful energy that makes you want to explore and take pictures. The views from the hotel were surprisingly beautiful, especially when you look out at the water, and it felt like the kind of scenery that teenagers would love capturing for fun photos. I didn’t realize how much there was to enjoy inside the hotel until I walked around more, because every corner had something interesting to look at or a cozy spot to relax in without feeling pressured to hurry. I appreciated how easy it was to have a peaceful and enjoyable time there with my parents, and I never doubted that the experience would turn out the way I hoped it would. I only stayed at the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel one time in my life before making this review, but those two nights were some of the most enjoyable and relaxing nights I’ve had.
