Was at the Fairmont for a Christmas party. It was fantastic!! The buffet was outstanding and the staff was so courteous, professional and fun. The ballroom was gorgeous and the lounge downstairs is quite classy. The place was immaculate and the restrooms were so well kept. We had so much fun and the location right at Coal Harbour, such a great area to go for a walk. Seawall, Jack Pool park and Canada Place all glorious places to visit and sight see. This beautiful city of Vancouver

I’ve stayed here only twice now, but there is nothing negative to say about this level of quality and service. They’ve earned their diamonds. From modern room amenities to spectacular views, to the fireplace on our balcony. Just incredible. Location is also perfect. If the gelato place is still around back, it’s another highly recommend! :)

I ADORE the PacRim!!
My husband and I have stayed here every anniversary and many birthdays in the last several years. The service and experience just gets better and better!
 Any questions or requests we’ve had have always been met with prompt service and always transcending expectation. 
  We’ll be coming for many many more years to come!
 Special mention to Jackie at “The Botanist” restaurant. She is the most amazing woman and always adds the most brilliant finish to every stay at the hotel! Love her!

Every person a part of our dining experience was very influential in our dining experience being so enjoyable. We had the set menu for Valentine's Day and all the food was delicious. Some items could have been more flavourful, but we're still glad we were able to try them! The tenderloin and scallops were cooked PERFECTLY!

Upon arrival, the swift service of the valet is a pleasant treat. They handle your belongings for you and promptly take your car to be parked. Very courteous and pleasant to deal with. Then, another staff member holds the door open for you. Also a nice treat to make you feel like royalty, and you haven't even checked in yet!! Greeted by front desk staff with a warm and friendly smile, it's like you cannot tell if they have been work for 6 hours or 2 minutes, they appear fresh, and lively! A nice treat from traveling all day. After a short time, we have our room keys and head up to our room. This room is AMAZING! I have stayed at many hotels, including many Fairmont's but this room is a 10! Automated blinds, music, heat and a/c all from the in room iPad. The euro-chic look to the room was impressive! There was even a TV integrated into the mirror in the bathroom! Super cool room. I cannot wait to go back. Thank you for the 10 star service!!
