I loved everything about my 3 night stay at The Fairmont Pacific Rim! What a beautiful and well run hotel! Every person I interacted with at the hotel was so professional, so friendly and so accommodating. 10/10 for housekeeping and all of the staff that I didn't meet directly, but are obviously at the top of their game as well. Truly next level hospitality in every way. I felt totally valued as a customer and I even though staying here was a splurge for me, I felt like I got a great deal! From the complimentary car service to the excellent poolside service, I just loved everything about this place. I can't wait to go back!
This was our first time staying at the Pacific Rim we frequent the Fairmont hotels in Vancouver and Whistler. We arrived early, so we checked in at the front desk and the reception accommodated us by holding our bags because our room was not ready. The staff are very professional, polite and made us feel welcome. Our room was beautiful with a patio and outdoor fireplace overlooking the pool. We were on a date night, so we splurged more than usual and took advantage of their local resident summer special. The location is great because you can walk anywhere around downtown or coal harbor and enjoy the water views, restaurants and city. It's very walkable. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Pacific Rim for your hospitality and our wonderful stay.
The Fairmont Pacific Rim is exceptional. The hotel is spotless, beautifully designed, and set in an ideal location. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, and the amenities such as the hotel car and complimentary bicycles made exploring Vancouver effortless. Dining was another highlight, from the Pacific Northwest inspired lobby fare to the outstanding food and cocktails at The Botanist. The only drawback is the traffic outside, but once inside, the atmosphere is calm and luxurious.nnWhat makes this stay stand out even more is the contrast to our experience at the Fairmont Olympic in Seattle. That property fell far short of expectations, with service that felt indifferent and a dated overall atmosphere. The Pacific Rim reminded us of how true Fairmont hospitality should feel—elevated, thoughtful, and memorable in every way.
Enjoyed staying at this hotel after returning from a cruise. Great location to the waterfront and we enjoyed watching sea planes take off and land from the comfort of our room.nThought the weird little cartoon children figurines in the Lobby Bar holding cell phones was strange decor. Isn’t the goal these days to encourage little children to not have cell phones and not hang out in bars? Loved the Lobby Bar with the exception of that art selection and felt lucky to have had one evening in the Botanist. It was only open on our first night, then not again. The bartenders were friendly and made some pretty cool drinks. We both had great massages at the spa. We would choose this hotel if we return again.
Had a wonderful stay! Every staff member was so friendly, professional and kind. The room was perfect! Very clean and the bed was so incredibly comfortable! The location was amazing being right by the water - we got to utilize the bike rental service of the hotel and biked around the sea wall. The food quality was very good! Definitely recommend this place!
