We stayed in room 2217 for a total of 4 nights.  The room was spacious and clean and the view was stunning.  The lounge has a spectacular view of the harbour front and the food there was of great quality.  Service staff were all attentive.  In particular,  Patrick Lee was outstanding and he went out of his way to make our stay memorable.  Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful stay! Every staff member was so friendly, professional and kind. The room was perfect! Very clean and the bed was so incredibly comfortable! The location was amazing being right by the water - we got to utilize the bike rental service of the hotel and biked around the sea wall. The food quality was very good! Definitely recommend this place!

I stayed here for the celebration of my baby’s first birthday. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooms were clean, view of the harbor was beautiful, and room very quiet. They had a bottle warmer available as well as unscented wash and lotion for baby. They surprised baby with a stuffed bear, balloons, “happy birthday“ sign, and special gift prior to checkout. I was initially worried about traveling such a far distance with a baby, but my family finished our trip with multiple happy memories thanks to this hotel!

We stayed there altogether six nights over a three week period, with other travels in between. The hotel never disappointed. The rooms were always immaculate and spacious. The hotel is very well located near Canada Place with lots of fine dining and medium scale restaurants within easy walking distance. Service was always efficient, extremely prompt, and friendly. Even a special request from the concierge was handled above expectations. Our one ask is to have a different kind of breakfast potato in the breakfast restaurant.
