Fairmont Hotel Vancouver

The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is a beautiful, classic hotel in a great location. While it is a grand old hotel, it has been updated and maintained to a high standard. All of the staff who helped us -- front desk, concierge, room service, restaurant staff, bellmen, and housekeepers -- were professional, helpful, and friendly in all respects. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and although the bathroom was very small, it was modern and updated. The hotel's restaurant is large and very nice, although it would be good if there were another alternative in the hotel. Our only suggestions are minor: it would be nice to have a place in the hotel to get coffee without having to go to the restaurant, and the fitness center's aerobic equipment needs updating. In general, a wonderful hotel.

My family stayed here in November 2023. We had an amazing stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The pool area was well kept and fun. Breakfast in the restaurant was great! Lots of choices and my latte came with foam art! Supper in the restaurant was incredible, delicious and excellent service. Dessert was amazing! My daughter and I attended the afternoon tea and it was such an experience, waitress was incredible, food was incredible, and the decorations & atmosphere was delightful! The scavenger hunt the hotel provided for kids was so fun and my daughter couldn't wait to find all the items. Especially the dogs! Great place to stay in Vancouver!

Fantastic experience. Visited the hotel during a long weekend and was exceedingly happy with each staff interaction we had. We brought our Great Dane who was very welcomed by the hotel and staff. Post check out there was a discrepancy with our package cost and the hotel management was very understanding and initiated a fix that left us feeling super satisfied with the experience. It feels the leadership team has a high level of integrity. Will stay again! Thank you!

It is an amazing hotel, The staff and service are really amazing. We had afternoon tea which was delicious. So why on earth do you have such an incompetent and dishonest company looking after you parking. Parking company employee is ticketing a car, sees us pull into a spot on the 4th floor. Gives us a ticket the second we walk out to the elevator. The meter is on the bottom floor. I paid for parking at 2:52pm and was ticketed at 2:53pm.

I didn't start here but was a vendor at a trade show. The staff were super helpful and kind. The stores offered great products and it was nice to browse while waiting for the show to stay. Or was also very comfortable to relax in the chairs and sofa's they had around.
