Worse customer service at this store. They have zero knowledge how make customer happy. Girls at cashier think they own the store. Today i saw this car shade are on discount. As you can see store name up there. So I went there to grab this because if I tried to buy it online it was adding 5$ handling fee so I think I live close to store so will go and buy it. So when I asked cashier how much is it ? She told me full price then showed her but online it’s on sale. She called supervisor and she oh we can match price it just online shopping price to encourage more people to buy groceries online. But it’s doesn’t make sense why somebody pay 6.97+ 5=11.97 if they can come to store and buy for lower price. But she pay full price or don’t buy it. Then went customer set I asked other lady she said yes we can match price. When supervisors girl saw me I went to other lady she came there said something in her ear and other girl said sorry she can match price because my supervisor told me not to do it. Seriously? It’s not about 3 $ it’s just how you can make customers happy.
I normally shop at this particular Walmart once a week by using online ordering and then picking up. I've had no issues with the pickup service which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Recently, I wasn't able to place my online order in time and had to actually shop in-store. I did my shopping and joined the self checkout line. When I got to a register and started scanning my items, I noticed an employee had approached and was standing next to the station I was using. It took me too long to realize that this employee was actually watching me very closely as I scanned each item and placed them to the side. Each self-checkout register had a customer, but I was the only black customer at the self-checkout as well as the only customer being watched. I have never been made so uncomfortable in my life. Although it wasn't a conscious decision, I haven't been back to this location and probably won't be back. I recommend that this location either employ more cashiers, trust their customers to use the self-checkout, or make their racial profiling less obvious.
Employee fraudulently ran multiple credit checks and sent me multiple credit cards without my permission. She asked me to sign up for a 'rewards' card which will give me discount. Asked for my ID card to speed things up. Next thing you know my credit app starts going off. I would give them 0 starts if I could!
Please note there is not zero star available at google other wise some of This Wallmart self checkout are very rude specially I can see if how old years work in this store then forget the how to respect the customers and how to give respect the customers in checkout section some middle age ladies workers 1 or 2 is very rude . No say sir, please or sorry for inconvenience. This words are may be used in all over the world . Need to be follow up by store manger to this staff and I as a customer we can suggest please give the customer training to all old working staff and give training to every 6 months renew. If any employee working in any store for last long time to then they have not right to speak rudely or unrespectfull . Please give the customer training to work here before last five year to and I suggest also you can charge 1 cent to every customer s bill . Customers are not mind . Please note some more thing specially rude behaviour staff not display there name batch because they not want to change the behaviour and if you ask there name they not told and if they display the name batch because then customer display the name . I give to Walmart store 5 star and some workers overall 3 star and rude behaviour staff 0000 star
Horrible customer service. I was trying to ask about something and this worker names Sonia said she’ll be there in 5 minutes. More than 5 mins passed and she still hasn’t come. I went back to her and she was casually talking/gossiping to the other workers. I asked again and she told me to wait. I was there waiting for then the whole time but none of them moved and kept talking. I finally confronted them and she sent this other lady. She still kept talking and once I got out of her view she went to help another costumer. Absolutely horrible service. I’ve never been treated this bad while shopping.
Not a great place anymore to shop. They just stop anyone at the exit and demand for receipt. There is one of the employees tag name "priya" untrained and unprofessional staff member. She stopped me and demanded for receipt when I asked why? Her reply was totaly unprofessional she said you have 4 big wheat floor items that's why I want to check you paid or not. Really? Then, she dragged my cart all the way back to customer service. When I asked do I look suspicious to you or thief? or did I gave you some clue about stealing something? Did you follow me at the store? Then her reply was No. Her manager came and appolizied about her behaviour. Its our right to hide our privacy and its our liberty. And walmart can request for reciept not demand to shoppers.
I ordered online grocery to save time but i hot wrong order, then i had to call, and they send the driver another time to deliver right order and to get back the previous wrong order after 40 minutes. I still miss 2 milk canes and i again had to call, then they said they would refund for those two items, "I can't drink a refund, i needed milk." I didn't receive any refund by the way. Very disappointed today.
Worst walmart employee's so mean they come yelling at me for looking at a mat no carts in the store te stuff was so mean and the cashier scanned something 2 times when I only got one Worst wallmart I am giving it 1 star because it does not let me give one star
Usually most of the items can be found from this store like all Walmart. No need to ask for space of parking as it will be available. Trolleys are also available but one thing is difficult to understand that why they kept trolleys far away outside of mall. Some items are bit pricy in comparison of Costco, hence we have to visit Costco for specific grocery items.
I an really frustrated and disappointed this time. Really bad customer experience as well not going to order frocery again, real Canadian is way better.
