I do my regular order through the online app. It's very easy and convenient.  However, every single time over the last couple months the fruit and vegetables haven't been good. The strawberries are always moldy. And it's such a pain to come back and do the exchange. The staff who bring out the orders are all very professional and pleasant.

The only reason for 1 star would be for the employees who are trying to do their best. Overall this store is definitely one to only visit unless absolutely necessary. Never a selection, empty shelves and open food product strewn about , it makes for an overall stressful and overwhelming shopping experience in all the worst ways.

I had a poster and a bottle of Hartz flea shampoo that I wanted to return without a receipt.   I was asked to provide the exact day of the transaction, which I cannot be exactly sure, so that she could look it up.    Since I could not provide this information she could not do anything for me.   I wasn’t even offered a store credit.   This is the MOST piss poor customer service yet.   I left the items there and they can resell them again and double the sale.

What a horrible experience this CSM gave us, trying to teach the children values and understanding money and with the children buying their own items the purchases had to be split. Im sorry but are you working a retail job or what? The fact that you huffed and puffed and raised your voice saying  is this it or what that attitude needs to go. I debated on posting this or not and i was not going to as i thought you were just having a bad day but you did the same thing the next day due to a return. Lose that attitude. May not go back to this walmart again due to this employee.

I really don't understand what happened to our town Walmart but over the last year or so it's gone so far down hill, half the shelves are always empty, no selection at all, compared to surrounding Walmarts this one is can barely even be called a Walmart
