I was in the market for a new car, although I wasn't sure what I wanted. I came to Barnes Wheaton in South Surrey and I happened to get the most helpful salesman. Phil Smith was top notch all the way! He was knowledgeable about all the vehicles and was well qualified to share his opinions with me. Thanks Phil for making my car buying experience a pleasure.

The entire team here is friendly and the office hosts a very relaxing atmosphere. Simply amazing customer service - our rep Randy and the manager Tyler went out of their way to help with all our inquiries. Zero BS, all down to earth discussions, certainly a rare sight at car dealerships. I would highly recommend my family & friends to check this place out

Overall a terrible experience here. Initially called to inquire about the Chevy vehicles to get information and to see if we could schedule a test drive as we are looking at leasing a new car. After being passed around finally got a salesperson who was obviously very new on the job and not familiar with the vehicles. Finally was told they would have 3 vehicles coming in on Friday and would I like to put a deposit down on the car! Immediately said I was not putting a deposit on a car I’ve never seen and am just inquiring about. Between then and the time the test drive rolls around I receive multiple calls from the salesperson stating the cars sell fast and I should put a deposit down. Finally when we arrive at the dealership WE have to educate the salesperson on features of the car we read on the web! They were not knowledgeable about any of the features of the car or where things in the car were located. After the test drive we inquired about models and options available on each model and the salesperson began filling out an “offer to purchase” sheet! I couldn’t believe it. They told us it was required to get the rates from the manager. When the manager returned he provided us financing rates for purchase, nothing about lease rates even though we were very clear on multiple occasions this was intended to be a lease. We walked out without any intent on returning ever again. Horrible dealership that uses pressure tactics and does not train their salespeople at all. Will never return.
