Nice and convenient, I use the gym which opens early and that fits my schedule. Enough equipment to share. Parking is free and convenient.

never leave valuables in your car. when trying to find the changing rooms for the ice rinks you will get lost due to lack of signage. The ice itself is hit and miss sometimes it can be good but other times it can be like skating on a gravel road. I should never feel uncomfortable about going to a rec centre but due to the location you have to worry.

Rap / R&B on the radio during family swim, classy. Shouldn't be the first choice for a public place.

This is definitely an older recreation center in need of some updates. I’ve been to use the pool for classes and found that it’s very hit and miss as to what you get. There’s one instructor who’s amazing and another instructor who was awful, you just never know. I’ve also found management in the pool area to be quite rude and not welcoming and not at all customer oriented. Guildford is a much better facility with friendlier staff and much cleaner too. I would not recommend this location.
