Great service and they know they’re stuff. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle at North Surrey GM. The process was stress free and pleasant. Shout out to Larry and Ransen. Larry’s very knowledgeable and helpful salesman, he tried his best to find the best finance option for me to purchase my favorite Q50. LARRY ZHAO— THE MAGICIAN! Hehe I am calling Larry a magician because that’s who HE IS! We’re a young married couple for 3 months and were hoping to buy our first car. On a sunny, fine Thursday, we got a call from Larry that he’s waiting for us to show a Mazda CX-5. When we left our home, we were satisfied with our Camry and just wanted to learn more about the market price, and wasn’t that much ready to buy a car instantly ! However, the magician Larry completely convinced us to take the car. He took more than an hour to make us understand what we were getting into if we take the car. Larry went through every details as well as ensured us in every possible way, which helped us as a young couple with limited experience to take the decision of buying the Mazda CX-5 right away. I would definitely suggest Larry if you’re new to this car thing because this man knows his deal. Even if you’re experienced, Larry will only be an asset to your side with his expertise and compassion. We had such an amazing day with him. I had such a great experience with getting my Toyota GR86 here at Go North Surrey. A big thanks to Omar for all his help with the whole process! He helped me get the best deal that would work best for me! I had many questions since it was my first time doing something like this alone, and Omar was able to answer all my questions with patience! Everyone was very supportive and accommodating. Had a great experience buying our new-to-us 2019 Subaru Forester here. It’s our first big car purchase and the process and service here was the best we found in our car search. We worked primarily with Dylan Barker and he was always attentive and followed up with us without being pushy or annoying. We even got to take another car we were considering home overnight so our own mechanic could take a look. They were very transparent with all the carfax and servicing that had been done, and our Forester was spotless and running smoothly when we took it home. Overall a great experience for our first big car purchase and we’d highly recommend Dylan and GO North Surrey GM :
I’ve dealt with Max and Blake through the purchase of two vehicles. They are both very knowledgeable and I appreciated the fact that they gave honest opinions and didn’t try to push us into anything. The service was efficient and Blake, the finance man, had everything set up meticulously to not waste our time. I’d highly recommend paying them a visit next time you need a vehicle.
