Very disappointed with the service. I ordered helium balloons for my store opening, and they didn’t even last a few hours. This was extremely frustrating, especially because it was for such an important event.nWhen I called to explain the situation, instead of offering a solution or even a simple apology, the supervisor Jasmeet immediately said they don’t do refunds or exchanges. There was no effort to understand the issue or help in any way.nBecause of this, our opening ceremony did not go as planned. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to take responsibility was very disappointing. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Fantastic service at the Parts Department. I went to get a few things for my son. He sent me all tbe pictures I needed. I showed her the pictures she got me everything I needed. Super fast great service. Very pretty young east Indian girl I'm sorry I didn't get her name.nI'll be back again. Thanks

I had a really great experience at Canadian Tire thanks to Carla, the manager. I purchased a Christmas tree that was on clearance, but no staff member informed me it was a clearance item, and I was unaware of that at the time. Unfortunately, once I set it up at home, it didn’t work well in my living room, so I went back to return it.nnCarla explained that clearance items normally can’t be returned, but she was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely willing to help. She listened to my situation and went above and beyond what most managers would do. Even though a regular return wasn’t possible, she helped me out by providing a gift card, which I truly appreciated.nnHer professionalism, understanding, and helpful attitude made a stressful situation so much better. I visited the Canadian Tire store recently and had a fantastic experience thanks to Balpreet at the Auto customer service. I needed help with repairing my car, and Balpreet was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He listened carefully, resolved everything quickly, and went out of his way to make sure I’m happy with the resolution. His positive attitude and genuine helpfulness made all the difference.
