Very disappointed with the service. I ordered helium balloons for my store opening, and they didn’t even last a few hours. This was extremely frustrating, especially because it was for such an important event.nWhen I called to explain the situation, instead of offering a solution or even a simple apology, the supervisor Jasmeet immediately said they don’t do refunds or exchanges. There was no effort to understand the issue or help in any way.nBecause of this, our opening ceremony did not go as planned. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to take responsibility was very disappointing. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

I had a great experience at Canadian Tire. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to shop in. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to assist when I needed help finding products. They offer a wide variety of items, from automotive supplies to home essentials, at reasonable prices. Overall, excellent customer service and a convenient one-stop shop. Highly recommended!

Surrey Newton LocationnnHorrible manager=Horrible employeesnnWent to this specific location to pick up the Schultz liquid plant food website says they have 6 on hand but on the shelf they have a different product in place of it. When I asked 2 employees they said they couldn't help...they said it could be misplaced or back somewhere in the warehouse. I phoned today to ask if they found it and again they didn't know and of no help so I asked to speak to the manager to get a raincheck for the product but when I told him what happened he just hung up!!!!! Why the hell would anyone shop here. You don't even know where your products are and you are of no use to your customers. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Best just to take your business elsewhere.nThis store sucks. ZERO Stars.

Compared to the CTs in the Vancouver area I find the staff at this location super helpful and friendly. Ive called them in the middle of a home repair emergency, and employees like Bev, have gone out of thier way to track down the parts I needed.nDecent selection of auto, fishing/hunting, and outdoor gear. Seems like a well managed location.

The service at this location is always excellent. I went in to get some car parts and Saad was so helpful. He helped me with finding the parts and even checked everything to make sure they were the right fit. Super nice and good employee.nThen I also brought my car in for mechanical service at the same location. Balpreet oversaw everything and was very knowledgeable, organized, very competent and thorough. This was a bigger job and it was checked and repaired with attention to detail and ordering parts as required. I was very impressed. The technician also deserves praise. Thanks guys, you rock!!
