Normally my expectations of a dealership service dept. are low, both for service and price. Imagine my surprise and delight when Dane took 'ownership' of my 2000 4Runner which needed plenty of TLC with parts hard to find and a long convalescence to recovery. Dane exceeded expectations on his level of service by following up with me before I had to call him ....many times and in general doing a great job 'owning' the problem. Pretty darn happy with the price too, thanks Dane!

I found honestly and I integrity with this store. The GM Jeff, has been very nice and the sales person Mohammad was very personable and professional. I have been to other stores, they told me straight,if I don't have trade, I cannot give you a vehicle, and there is no guarantee. In these hard times all stores must be helping customers but vice versa they are creating troubles.
When I visited this dealership, there was a Toyota Supra that I wanted to check out. Despite the many people walking around, none of them came up to me and offered assistance. The lady at the front desk told me that the only way to check out the car was if I were to buy it. This experience left me with a negative impression of the customer service, especially when compared to other dealerships with higher priced cars which are generally more accommodating and willing to let customers examine it beforehand.
I went in to Surrey Toyota to buy a used car. I was greeted by a sales associate named Tyler Airey, he was very knowledgeable and non - pressuring. He made the purchase of my vehicle smooth and easy. I highly recommend Tyler to anybody buying at this location.
