Pro: Friendly service. Expensive but typical for dealership service dept. Quality and thorough service. No complaints with service or staff. Been coming here for a couple years. Con: Horrible thumping night club music in showroom. Not enjoyable to wait in showroom. Better to have relaxing music....make me want to linger and browse.

Great sales experience. If you need a new vehicle you need to speak with Jonathan Kang. He's probably booked but it's worth the wait. I've never had a more honest and helpful salesman. He will do his best to get you the car you want with the best price possible. He lets you come to your own conclusion and decision, not pushy dodgy salesman I've had before.

Jonathan has helped me three times since February and I finally ended up purchasing a vehicle from him. He has been extremely patient and diligent with his follow ups. It was a pleasure dealing with Jonathan. He is knowledgeable in the products and conducts business with professionalism. Jonathan is very friendly and it feels like he is working with me to meet my needs. I am definitely recommending Jonathan to all my friends and family and I highly recommend anyone visiting this dealership to look for him. He is someone I can trust and feel good about after purchasing my car. I plan to come back and purchase another car from him in the near future.

Last review back in 2014 three months after purchasing Dodge Caravan Crew traded in Chrysler Town&Country. Now back here again and got myself a RAM 1500 Night Edition fully loaded (no trade in). All Mine... off limit to the ladies at home. Did my shopping and thanks Jonathan the help and also holding on to it till I got my finance sorted out. Thanks Susie getting the paper work going. Lastly, feeling great to finalize with Clayton (my fourth purchase with him and at this dealership). Almost got the RAM elsewhere.. close call so thanks for the tips Jonathan and Clayton. What is so different at couple of dealerships, being offered promises that they said they would considered and eager to make me sign the paper. When back to ask if they can be put on that blue paper, they will not put in writing. Here, I get straight answer yes/no and negotiate discount to make the deal. Glad to be back here for the forth time.

I've been getting the oil changed on my wife's challenger at this location for years and for the first time we needed a break and recall job completed. Russell, the service manager was amazing in helping and sorting out all of our issues. I would recommend this service center for everyone looking to get their cars fixed.
