Here’s a story with a positive ending. The day I lost my engagement ring was a busy day. I woke up, worked on my computer, and around 1:30pm afternoon, I decided to hit up Home Sense for handwoven, bamboo laundry baskets. My fiancé was downtown that day and did not accompany me. I guess I lost some weight and my ring must’ve tugged on something while I was perusing a few baskets. By the time I picked up my partner in the city, we decided to go to a restaurant to eat, and that’s when I noticed my ring was missing! I panicked, but thought, I probably took it off and it would be on my night table. I get home and it’s not there. I ripped apart our bed where my laptop was seated and still, no ring. I retraced my steps and went back to Home Sense in Surrey with my fiancé right before closing around 8:40pm. Long and behold, the cashier had kept it safe in a lock box! One of the staff members found it near the laundry baskets. In that moment, I was so relieved and thankful. Thank you to the staff at this location. Your integrity is deeply appreciated

Had an awesome experience at Homesense in Strawberry Hill, all thanks to Ahmad! Even though it was closing time, Ahmad was super helpful in finding us the perfect table set. He went the extra mile, checking the product, addressing our concerns, and making sure everything was wrapped up nicely. Plus, he even helped us with moving everything to the car. Ahmad's positive vibe and dedication to customers really made our day. Big thanks, Ahmad!

I recently visited HomeSense and was thoroughly disappointed with the customer service my fiancee and I received. While browsing the store, I encountered staff who were far from friendly. One particular incident stood out when a staff member gave me a very dirty look simply because I didn't move out of her way fast enough nor did she take the time to ask if we needed help with finding what we were looking for. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment. I expected better treatment as a customer.

Manager that working in this winners store do not how to give customer service and they do not how to do their work properly. I just buy underwear of large size and pay the bill but when I opened the pack that was kids underwears. They said it's there fault that they put underwear of kids in men section area. Worst service ever. Do not buy anything from this store.
