I was appalled at how messy this store was after Christmas. Almost everything, every aisle was town apart.nIt was my first time at this location and I was shocked to see the lack of care, tidiness, and respect for items and cleanliness. Maybe they are short staffed but it was the worst ive ever experienced a store.

Such a mess these racks, I have been to a numbers of Winners across Canada and never seen one so disorganized. Have up looking after like 15 minutes. Sizes are all over the show and racks so untidy. Names of racks also don’t all match clothing on racks. Sweaters inside out and just left like that.

They didn't wasn't to pay overtime pay for their workers, so their store was severely understaffed for September 30th Truth and Reconciliation Day Holiday. Store was extremely unkempt, clothes strewn everywhere only 2 cashiers working for a lineup 2 aisles long, checkout took over 30 minutes

“I shop at Winners on 72 Ave often, and unfortunately the service is always very slow, not just on one visit. Checkout lines are long most of the time, and there usually aren’t enough staff to help customers. The store has good products and prices, but the consistently slow service really affects the shopping experience.”

I have been going to this particular Winners for probably 20 years on and off as I used to live near there. I live in a different area now for the past 6 years so prefer to go to different Winners locations. The last few times I've been to this location it's been unbelievably messy! WOW .nTotal shock that I'm even in a Winners. Was an absolute mess! So disorganized and sizes are all over the place. Not matched in sizing rows like other winners. Even hangers that are labeled small, medium, large are different then the actual sizes.nnThings are lying everywhere. There should be no reason for that. If staff is low they need to have someone at least come in to organize the store as part of their job. I've been to thrift stores that are cleaner and more organized. Infact every thrift store I've been to has been more organized.nnWas a super unpleasant experience. Also this was probably around 12pm in the afternoon not like the end of the day when stores can be messier.nI can't believe that location has gone so downhill.
