Walmart Surrey Supercentre

Terrible staffs and customer service. I had the help button on at the self serve for a few minutes while two staffs were busy gossiping and ignoring the long line forming. I approached them for help and one of them finally came after they finished their gossiping. Another incident involved walking around looking for a staff to help me find a specific item. I finally found a staff all the way at the other end of the building. But was unable to help me because they've never heard of it before. Proper training and retraining is a must for this location. If you like to spend time looking and getting lost. This is the place. It's very disorganized. It's hard to shop because you can never find things in the proper aisle or never stocked. Walmart needs to fix the the lay out, perhaps have their managers do a walk through of other locations for comparison.

I've been on a long medical journey and I've tried a few different pharmacy's along the last 3 year's, this is by far the best, most knowledgeable, amazing, friendly, fast, and helpful pharmacy I have found in all of Surrey BC!! I just can't thank you all staff that work here and tell you how appreciative I am! My adult son also goes here and you have helped us both so much!! A big bouquet of roses to you all!!! Thank you Thank you💖💯🌹🌹🌹🌹

Awful customer service. I will be reporting my experience to the head office. Two tills open and 50 people in line. Two women standing around at the customer service desk chatting. One till has no cash in it and the woman is paging asking for cash and she's being ignored cause they are too busy talking about that "crazy stuff that happened last night." I asked them to open another till and get the woman some change. They said. "she's not a cashier." I sorry your so full of yourselves but I didn't ask if your friend was a cashier I asked you to open another till and get your colleague the cash she's been asking for.

Unlike all other super stores, Walmart is open all the time. It has good costumer service. The prices are good.

the product selection is fine. Just had one of the cashiers repeatedly offer me the Walmart credit card after i said no over 8 times. Already told her i have a credit card too. Will be using only the self check out from now on. Very annoying.
