Canadian Tire

Went in for a suspension inspection, (about 64$) waited from 9:30am until 12:19pm. Diagnosis: Struts & tie rod ends + labour = 1,672$ Every time I go in, no one is at the desk. Anytime I called (6 times, 3 different days), no one answers. As I observed, I noticed my car sat with no one attending to it for an hour and a half in total. The mechanic had 3 different tasks on the go. I am not a satisfied customer. I will take my business elsewhere. New Brunswick’s Canadian Tire stores have a better system in place.

Excellent service! Friendly staff who don't run and hide to avoid answering questions. That is rare trust me. Check-out staff VERY good. Service in check-out fast and helpful. Smiles were abundant. I was very happy with experience. Deborah Mahoney

Canadian Tire is a store that carries everything. Great brand names too. The bonus is to keep an eye on for their many promotions. Which makes it easier on the pocket.

Reasonably organized. As usual no common sense applied to the way filters are on the shelves. Friendly helpful staff though.

I ride a bike, so need a pack to carry items. Security demanded I leave my pack, and valuables, with the "children" at customer service. I am not a cheat, and found the undertone of this request insulting. We are guests of the store and need to be treated better than this. I ended up going to Home Depot where they say hello, ask to help, and are knowledgeable.
