I recently bought a used Honda pilot from Tracy North Surrey Auto Mall. I worked with the salesman to find exactly what I envisioned and was very happy with their service and the vehicle. Additional work had to be done on the car but I live 1 hour away so they sent someone to come pick up the car and gave me a loaner; it was convenient and everyone I spoke to was very nice. The dealership leader of handling the sales was professional, trustworthy, and kind. Also, I really appreciated that salesman was very responsive to me after the car was sold in order to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend buying a car from North Surrey Auto Mall! xo

Good place. Some times bit difficult to get parking. Advantage is multiple car companies are there. It will be nice to have Tim Hortons and other similar things. Unfortunately no place nearby to get a bite. Also will be useful to have car rental company, gas station etc.

Very polite staff, it's expected to have long waits, but they do accommodate well.
