I was interested in buying gloves for winter. This was one of the few stores that had a wide selection of high quality gloves in both synthetic and leather fabrics. The products appear to be extremely well made and if you're looking for ski clothing this is also the place to go.
Service has gone downhill to near non-existent. I had to track down a sales person to try on some shoes. After dropping of the shoes she disappeared. I found her doing stretches in a different part of the store when I needed to try a different size. She again dropped off a box and disappeared. No sale here.
Great selections, huge store, decent sales going on in spring and fall.
Great selection. Great service. Staff was friendly and helpful. Came in looking for a sleeping pad and left with one. Store is well stocked, merchandise is well displayed, shopping is made easy. Will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for stuff for the outdoors.
I was followed they treat me like a thief not once but multiple times they even had the nerve to take the items that I wanted to purchase from me obviously they didn't trust me touching there items I will never shop at this store again and I will be contacting the human rights commission as I was treated un fairly and not like other shoppers in the store I would never recommend this store
Great store, well run. Special shout out to Caitlin at cash and store manager Andre who came up with a pair of cross country ski boots for my son that turned out to be less expensive than you can buy them second hand. Two thumbs up.
I love this store. Their prices can be a little high but they almost always have the best outdoors and many specialty things you can not get anywhere else. Always worth a visit especially if there is a sale.
I went into the store today around 7pm. There were 3 people working in the store who were all just talking to each other and didn't even bother to say hello to me or anyone else and ask if they needed help or anything. I do not recommend wasting your time with this store or at least the associates who were working that particular shift.
Ordered online and needed to exchange the size. Was pretty in and out. Took a little bit as I had a guy who was - I believe - being retrained on cash from a while ago. He was very pleasant during it all and I hope he's catching on fast!
Little unbiased, as my buddy Matt works here, but the staff at this location are all friendly and seem to enjoy their job, gear selection is good and they actually have great sales from time to time. As a great man once said "I''ll be bhaack."
