Loved my stay here! The staff was very friendly, and the room with two queen beds was a mini suit which was great for having two people and two dogs. They had a lot of countertop space and hooks handy which every dog owner and traveler can appreciate to help them stay organized. It is near the airport and has an industrial park vibe for a nice morning walk with green spaces for dog restrooms.
Great location. Alwaýs clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful if needed. This location has a bar in the lobby which is open in the early evening to serve drinks. This location is also close to the highway, restaurant and various shopping. This location is always pretty busy with business travelers every time I've stayed here which is a good indication on how many business travelers enjoy this location. They also do breakfast in the morning too.
In general the stay was fine if not for the bed bug bites. Relatively functional with meeting room, decent continental breakfast, and complimentary parking. However we stayed in room 270 and after sleeping on the pull-out couch was left with an array of bed bug bites, which the front desk didn't seem too concerned about when we called to inquire about the situation since we had already checked out when they surfaced. Obviously this raises red flags in terms of management and cleanliness. Otherwise the room was a great size and would have completely served all our needs.
The rooms were fantastic- no complaints at all. Very clean & modern, they're the best I've stayed at in a long time. The staff is very friendly and helpful.nnThe four star review comes down to a few things. The hotel is a big square so if you're on the far side, you've got to walk through a maze to get to breakfast/checkout. This could be easily fixable but the door to cut through the middle outside of the place was locked.nnThe pool was also very murky and kinda cold. Very gross tbh but I guess it's better than it being closed.nnThe breakfast line was also insanely long. Needs a remodel to give more space or something because it took forever to get something simple like eggs.
It was good. I really liked the common areas. Breakfast area had plenty of seating. Lobby feels relaxing right when you enter and smelled so nice n fresh. Stayed here twice, hate the layout of the corridor/rooms. You have to go around and take several turns to get to your room. Exits were only marked on the outside if marked from the Inside would make it so much easier for the guests.
