No fuss or frills. Definitely a hotel that is what it says it is. The staff was very friendly and understanding. The complimentary shuttle was fast and efficient. Check in and check out was seamless. Beds were comfy and breakfast was delicious. Only thing to note is that the wall are thin, so if you are a light sleeper you may not sleep well if there are many guests that night.

Check in was super smooth. Room spacious, overall clean except for the corners of the bathroom. Hotel a tad outdated but for good value for money given that free shuttle and breakfast were included I didn’t use either so can’t comment on that. Toiletries were a pleasant citrus scent. Makeup remover and mouthwash were a thoughtful touch. Multiple pillows with varying height and support. AC/heating was adjustable and can be turned off, which is always a nice option. Free parking in front of the building. Only complaint would be soundproofing, stayed at a room facing the street, could hear the planes as well as guests next door and in the hallway.

The service is very good, check-in was quick. Rooms were clean and well-organized. We only had one bad experience due to a type of alarm that started going off around 7:00 AM and only stopped at 8:00 AM. Waking up to a noise like that ruins anyone's day. Going to see what the breakfast is like and I'll post here if there are any other surprises.

My husband and I had an incredible 12-day stay at Best Western Hotel Airport Toronto! The hospitality was exceptional, with friendly and responsive reception staff always ready to assist. The airport shuttle service was seamless, and the diverse, hearty breakfasts were a highlight. Housekeeping kept our room spotless, and the constant availability of tea and coffee in the lobby was a delightful touch. The hotel’s convenient location made our trip even better. We wholeheartedly give this hotel 5 stars and will happily recommend it to anyone!

I booked online with points for an overnight stay while in transit. Shuttle was great, check-in was the quickest I’ve ever experienced, with them expecting me off the shuttle. The gentleman handed me my key after a simple signature and I headed straight to bed.nThe bed!!! It was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept in in ages.nThank you for a great albeit short night’s sleep.
