Three of us were sharing your room for a conference. I was the youngest so I agreed to take the sofa bed. Even though three people were on the reservation, they didn’t make up the sofa bed, nor did they even leave sheets or blankets for it. I called the desk and they said they’d send up right away, but I waited over an hour. The sofa bed mattress was so bad. I felt like it must’ve been at least 20 to 30 years old. There were springs directly in the mattress which poked into me and creaked every time I moved. My back is absolutely wrecked. I’ve never had these problems on a hotel bed- I am really not picky. As, because Taylor Swift was in town we paid $1600 for two double beds and one sofa bed for two nights. For that kind of money I really feel like I should’ve had a good nights rest and not left with horrible pain.
I had a great stay here. The restaurant is a little pricey but delicious. It's a hotel restaurant in Toronto, so no surprise here lol Random, but as someone who has allergies, I appreciated that they don't use the cheapest quality tissues. I didn't care for the smell of the shampoo, etc they smelled like eucalyptus or something, not necessarily bad, just not my thing. Our group had a breakfast/lunch buffet package and the scrambled eggs had CHEESE in them. It was amazing hehe. I was also impressed by how well they kept up with keeping the front outside clean of cigarette butts. There were a lot of smokers around, and there was a place to put butts, but if it had been placed in between the 2 chairs and bench instead of on the furthest side, people probably would have used it more consistently. Not that I'm making excuses, just suggesting a small tweak. But yeah they kept up with keeping the area clean and I was impressed. They also have 3 multilevel water bowls for pets, and they are indeed pet friendly, which is great for some folks.
Ample paid parking. Service desk friendly and well staffed. Lobby has restaurant and bar available and open during necessary hours. Mini mart available and M Club. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners available that are stocked well with great foods. Buffet or sit down style. Rooms are kept clean and fresh. Beds are incredibly comfy. Room service and cleaning as needed. Hair dryer and iron in room as well as shampoo, cream rinse and body soap in shower. Mini fridge for your convenience. Dresser, drawers, Mini office area available. Staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend staying here.
Pool is great, club lounge is impressive and quite large, the games room was a hit for the gamers who wanted to relax. Shuttle to the airport makes it easy to take transit where in the city. The place is amazing and price is right, it's worth staying here to get an awesome hotel for a great rate and just jump the train into the city!nnI was incredibly impressed with the quality of service and special attention they gave.nMy friend was celebrating a trip to see the blue jays game with her son and they filled their room with blue jays stuff and even upgraded them! Best trip ever!nI 1000% recommend this place.
We recently hosted our annual Awards Gala & Hall of Fame at the Marriott, and all we can say is—wow! From the moment we started planning in January 2024, the Marriott team has been incredible to work with. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensure everything ran smoothly for our guests. The event on September 21st was a huge success! A huge thank you to the Marriott team—their hard work made all the difference, and we're excited at the prospect of partnering for future events!
