The Westin Toronto Airport

The hotel is nice, beds are comfortable and the overall experience was fine, however, if you forget any items behind, don’t expect to get them back. I forgot an item on the bathroom counter and called to report it missing the same day I checked out. I was advised to submit an online lost and found request, which I did, and never heard back. I find it extremely hard to believe the cleaning staff completely missed the item on the bathroom counter when preparing it for the next guest. Forgetting an item is completely my fault, which I acknowledge, however, I do not believe all forgotten items actually make it to their lost and found.

A traditional Westin! Familiar smell, spacious room, clean and comfortable bed! Staff was kind and friendly! The location was very convenient to get Pearson International Airport! Only less 10 mins driving. Will come back. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and welcoming, which immediately put us at ease.nnThe shuttle service was also a big plus. The man working that evening on February 28 was especially kind and helpful, and his professionalism made a real difference after such a tiring trip. Getting to and from the airport felt smooth and easy, and that convenience took a lot of stress out of the experience.nnThe hotel itself felt clean, comfortable, and well run. Our room was quiet, well kept, and exactly what you hope for after a long trip when all you want is to rest properly. Everything felt organized, efficient, and up to the standard you expect from a hotel of this level.nnWhat stood out most was the overall professionalism and hospitality. We felt treated with courtesy and respect throughout our stay, and that made a lasting impression.nnOverall, this was a very positive experience and one we appreciated very much. We would gladly stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay near Toronto airport.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.nnI made my reservation the day before arrival and paid in advance using my company’s credit card. I was only staying one night for a meeting and expected a simple check-in, especially because the room had already been paid for.nnWhen I arrived, the hotel suddenly asked me to pay again with a physical credit card. Of course, I did not have the company card with me because it was a corporate booking. Then, on top of the room price, they asked for an additional $500. None of this was handled properly or clearly in advance.nnBecause of this, I had to call and wake up the owner of the company late at night. I spent more than two hours trying to reach someone while everyone was asleep, and then had to wait for a partner to come to the hotel in person just to pay again so I could finally access the room that was already supposed to be paid for.nnThis was unacceptable, stressful, and completely unprofessional. What is the point of paying in advance if the hotel is going to ask for payment again at check-in and create a major problem for the guest? The service was terrible, the process was confusing, and the staff showed no real concern for the situation they created.nnI would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This was a horrible experience from start to finish.
