Best Western Premier Toronto Airport Carlingview Hotel

Lovely room. Comfortable bed. Unfortunately the hot tub was colder than tepid bath water. Pool area low on towels even though it wasn't busy and our shower was plugged so I wasn't able to shower after my husband. Food was good in the restaurant but over priced. Great friendly helpful staff. Shuttle was on time and organized.

I called this place home for 32 days at the end of 2017. Rooms clean and renovated. Internet fast. Planes flying low over the hotel, surprising you can hardly hear any airport noise in your room. Very well insulated. Staff is all very friendly. Food in the restaurant on site is very good.

Location is great! I very much enjoy the fact that it is not in a high traffic area like the centre of Toronto. The room is spacious and visually appealing. There is space for sleeping, lounging and working. Guest services have been adequate, although housekeeping comes later in the day but still does a great job.

Friendly and helpful staff. I chose this hotel also because it's dog friendly. The floors in the room is wood which is great. The only complaint I have is the cleaners probably forgot to clean the side rails (it's dusty) but overall is a pleasant stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. Location was central with easy access to the airport and surrounding amenities. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly.
