I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Airport Hotel before an early morning flight, and it was everything I could have hoped for and more. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the convenience and comfort that this hotel offers to travelers.nnThe hotel is located just minutes away from the airport, making it the perfect choice for anyone needing a place to rest before or after a flight. The shuttle service was quick and efficient, and the driver made sure I was dropped off right at the terminal entrance. It truly couldn’t have been more convenient!nnThe check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile and provided all the information I needed for a stress-free stay. My room was surprisingly spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I was able to get a great night’s sleep before my long-haul flight. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, as the hotel is soundproofed so well that you wouldn't even know you're so close to the airport
Love this hotel. This is the second time that we have stayed at this location. Wonderfully polite staff. Excellent rooms, with soft comfortable beds. Love the pool and hottub. Can't wait to come back!
I stayed at this hotel for five days, and my experience was highly disappointing. The toilet tank leaked water every time it was flushed, and despite reporting the issue after three days, no one fixed it. A staff member came at 1 AM to look at it and promised it would be resolved by morning, but nothing happened until 8 PM the next day, after I contacted them yet again. At that point, they gave me 15 towels to cover half the vanity counter to soak up the water on the floor. Additionally, on the day of check-in, I was told the laundry facility would be back in service the next day, but it was out of service that same day and never became available during my entire stay. The management was unresponsive and inefficient, and I would not recommend staying here.
We were booked in a room with a Jacuzzi and it never worked.I was never offered any refund Or any money back.. very disappointed.Moving forward, I'm only gonna stay at the Marriott brand hotels much better service.I would really consider staying elsewhere other than this hotel. So much for being a hilton member. Not worth it
Stayed at this hotel on a weekday. Room was decent, bed was comfortable but cleaning was a bit lack as I found strings of hair and the remote was sticky. I wiped down all counters. Checking in and The Cannery restaurant was great! Amazing and friendly service from all, especially the happy hour server. She's so sweet! Food was great. I ordered dinner and breakfast. Lastly, it's nice to have access to the hot tub!
