Comfort Inn Toronto Airport West

Rooms are fine. 2 stars for the airport shuttle which is supposed to run every half an hour but took 1 1/2 to pick us up from the airport. We called repeatedly and we're told "it will be there shortly". If you need reliable airport shuttle service from the airport, consider somewhere else. The restaurant and bar attached is great !

Stayed with the family overnight to catch a plane in the morning. Hotel staff were very courteous, and made us feel very welcome. The large room was clean, and beds comfortable. There was lots of room to park our car for the week away in Mexico. The shuttle service was prompt and took about 20 minutes to get there after making a stop at another hotel. Based on our experience, we will consider them again next time we stay park and fly!

One night stay after our flight was delayed causing us to miss our connection. Service was good. Large furniture in the room making it difficult to actually enter the room past the entry with our luggage. Walls VERY thin - people in the room beside us were up at 4 and we could hear everything including music, talking, tv, etc. The shuttle to the airport in the morning was great. Driver quizzed the riders which was so fun/entertaining and helped wake us up and put us in a good mood despite the delays. He was fantastic.

Location is moderately convenient related to nearby amenities, rooms freshly renovated with nothing to want for. Mattress on the firmer side of the balance. Have not experienced much for service because of work hours but what I have seen is excellent. In house restaurant exceeds expectations for their regular menu. Complimentary breakfast is done by them; spartan but a step well well above Comfort Inn's typical offering. Best Comfort Inn I have stayed in to date, overall.

This place is a bargain. Keep in mind this is a "2-star" hotel, but at the price is gets a solid 5-stars from me. Building is a little dated, but the room was fine, clean and bathroom clean. TV was a lot bigger than I've seen in much more expensive hotels. Bed was comfortable. The included breakfast was great (eggs/bacon/toast/home fries and coffee breakfast served in the restaurant, get voucher from front desk). Best of all, the staff were vey friendly and helpful.
