Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites

The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with very comfortable bedding that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The airport shuttle service was punctual and convenient, making early morning travel stress-free. The hotel’s location near the airport is ideal for travelers who value convenience without sacrificing comfort.nI also enjoyed the on-site dining options — the food was fresh and nicely presented, and the service was attentive. While everything was great overall, a few areas of the property could benefit from minor updates to match the otherwise high standard of the Hilton brand.

Wow! Starting off with winning a guest of the day… How could it get any better?! The rooms were fantastic, clean and everything you needed was there. Hunter and Karl at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating to our every need! Then we had the amazing breakfast buffet with Frey and Agnes As hostesses. They were superb, prompt, and very friendly. My daughter said it was the best French toast she ever had! Many thanks!

Vikki was amazing when it came to customer service. Rahela also provided excellent support in resolving a room-related matter and ensured a proper resolution was reached. Overall, I have given this hotel 5 stars because of these staff members, who were truly the reason my stay was turned around and ultimately saved the days and nights I spent there.nnThat said, my initial check-in experience was not a good one, despite being an HH member. It was difficult to feel valued upon arrival, and it reinforced how important first impressions are at the front desk. The level of service and appreciation guests experience is ultimately determined by the staff handling the interaction from check-in through to check-out.nnThankfully, Vikki and Rahela demonstrated the level of professionalism, care, and hospitality that made the overall stay worthwhile. I would certainly consider staying again… but I may just call ahead and ask for Vikki or Rahela prior to booking.

Great location for the airport. The room itself was nice and the beds comfy. Unfortunately the air con is extremely loud every time it powers up so getting sleep is a challenge. When it’s on it keep the room cool though. The shower needs maintenance - I would have got more water for a shower by standing in the rain.nBreakfast was brilliant.nOverall I would recommend staying elsewhere - there are cheap options with better standards.

Very handy airport hotel especially in transit. We stayed one night between flights and it was perfect. The shuttle circulates constantly between this hotel and the garden inn and the terminals. Location is 3 minutes from the airport. Door F.3 pickup from Terminal one and we waited maybe 10 minutes.nnThere is a bar and restaurant and we were able to get served at midnight just made last orders. Even so close to the airport and highway it was completely silent.
