Clean spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. Spacious showers. Accommodating & friendly staff. Free shuttles to airport. Good meal options in the buffet. Modern updated look with nice dark wood throughout. Most importantly they we're very understanding of the flight cancelation problems we were having and went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible.

Greeting and arrival experience were fantastic. Room was clean and quite comfortable. Staff remembered request for foam pillows (out of 15 stays within a 15 km radius first to fulfill). Restaurant/bar area just didn't do it for me. Completely open to entire main entrance and no real separation. Was also the first time in 15 recent stays in area required to pay for overnight parking during stay.

Absolutely disgusted by the way my husband and I were treated on our honeymoon. We booked the park, sleep, fly for our trip to the Dominican. We were going to stay once our flight was scheduled to land at 2:00 am. Our flight was delayed by a day and we ended up landing at 11:00 am the following day instead. When we emailed the hotel they seemed more than accommodating but when we arrived to say we would no longer need the room but were more than happy to pay for the parking and the shuttle and from the airport they REFUSED to provide any sort of refund or compensation for the room we no longer needed. Keep in mind this was well before check in time and there should have been no issue cancelling our room. They completely took advantage of the fact we paid up front and selfishly kept all of our money. They didn't even offer us a rain check for another night in the future, not any sort of discount, absolutely nothing. This was even after we had spoken to the manager. Rip off artists the lot of them. They've lost 2 customers indefinitely. Please be careful if you're considering staying here, I just wouldn't.

The hotel is a bit rundown. Rooms are clean and furniture is ok. You can tell some recent renovations were completed to upgrade the building. Its in s good location, just off the 401 and Dixie. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle to /from the airport, good service. The executive lounge was well stocked for breakfast, good selection of eggs, breads, muffins, fresh fruits, cereals, etc along with orange, cranberry and other juices.

Rooms were decent, however I found that the hotel is not the most convenient for getting to the airport (a bit farther away than I would prefer). It took me 15 minutes to get to the airport in my own car at 7am. They offer an airport shuttle, however you need to sign up for it and it only leaves the hotel every 45 minutes. You also have to pay for parking, which I didn't like since all the other hotels around it offer free parking. I would say that it's probably not the best place to stay if you are laying over in Toronto for the night and you don't have a car.
