We recently stayed at the Best Western and used the shuttle service. Check in was easy, rooms were spacious, bed/pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was spacious as well, however a bit dated. Restaurant in lobby was alright, nothing special and they seemed to be short staffed. No issues with shuttle in the morning. When we returned and was through security/getting bags we called the shuttle. They said they would be about 20 minutes. They came at that time and dropped us off right at our car.

My wife enjoyed an excellent steak dinner (cooked to perfection) in the restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable. Shuttle service is a major problem with this hotel, it is practically non-existent. Waited for an hour at the airport for a ride to the hotel. Also, paid in cash for my stay but Credit Card was charged in full anyway. Still waiting for a refund.

Stayed here after returning from vacation. Check in was quick. Room was nice, seemed newly renovated. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a great sleep. Lots of pillows!! I would definitely stay again. Only 4 stars as not as luxurious as other hotels I have stayed at.

good room. upgraded to a suite without even asking. hot coffee in the morning. airport shuttle on time and friendly driver. length of stay parking included in room fee. a more affordable option than most.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus at 5825 Dixie Road, Missaugua prior to leaving for a vacation. The check in went very smoothly and quickly, staff were friendly and informative regarding times for the shuttle to the airport in the morning. The room was clean, comfortable as far as temperature and the bed was very comfortable. In the morning we had the express checkout and then the shuttle service to the airport. We love that we can leave our vehicle with them while we are away and then just call them upon return to Toronto and they come back to pick you up and take you back to the Best Western to get your vehicle.
