Old rusty tub. Bathroom fan makes a ton of noise. Gave me a hard time about entering. No in house cook. Breakfast was good. Walls are paper thin. And very little to do at hotel. Drapes did not close exposing me to the public every time I wanted to change

We've used the parksleepfly option a few times now and love it. Usually not a bad wait, maybe 30mim, for the shuttle at the airport, and easy to book as it leaves from the hotel every hour. (24hrs) I would suggest booking via the hotel, and not an external website as they will charge a booking fee! Breakfast is really good, however only opens at 6am so not early enough for early flights. Rooms are always great with comfortable beds.

Stayed here overnight on Aug 30th 2017. My family and I were going to Mexico the next day the hotel provided a free shuttle service for us. I booked the room because both myself and my mom had a doctor's appointment nearby and myself husband and son were flying out of Pearson international in the middle of the night. The hotel was very accommodating clean and comfortable. We stayed there until we had to leave for the hotel and they provided a free shuttle service to the airport and the next morning my mom enjoyed a hot breakfast before she drove back to London. They were reasonably priced too. We would definitely recommend them and stay there again.

I was not impressed with this hotel mainly of the services it was supposed to offer. I originally booked this hotel for 1 night before a 10 day trip. The "free parking" is only for the one night you pay for. I had to pay $10+ tax per night while I was away. Next disappointment was the free breakfast. The hot items like waffles don't open until 6:30am. We had to leave at that time. I was hoping that being a 15 min drive from the airport would mean we wouldn't hear the noise of the airport. Sadly mistaken. My family had a hard time falling asleep and my husband and I woke up multiple times due to jet noises. The shuttle did come to pick us up, but after a 30 minute wait. I won't be booking this hotel again. I'll probably just drive the 2 hours before my flight and take the tram.

Had the handicapped room. Was good if you don't use a wheelchair or walker. Cane is perfect.
