Tim Hortons

The service here actually sucks, there isn't enough workers to provide said service, as most of them are focused on the drive thru, the only one that is doing the in restaurant line up, whoever that might be as they cycle, straight up takes their sweet time or are over stretched with the stuff they try to make. Some of them are also miserable for some reason and can get upset when I try to order, even when I try to be civil but clearly they prefer not to try and be civil back as they complain under their breath, even when ordering they have a hard time hearing and I have to say it a lot louder to them. I get they're having to deal with bad customers and not a lot of pay, but come on, the fact that this has happened more than once is really concerning and I have seen other employees from other locations have a bit of an attitude but it wasn't too bad or too out there, compared to here where it is consistent, and this is the main location I have to come to, during the weekday as it is closest to a place I go to.

Tim Hortons at this location, I have been visiting for at least the last 25 years, and I have literally seen it grow along with the neighborhood around it. Over that time, it has remained a reliable stop, which says a lot considering how much the area and traffic patterns have changed.nnOne thing this location does very well is handling volume. It can get extremely busy at certain days and times, especially because of the nearby mosque. You will often see a large number of people stopping in before or after prayers, and many drivers also grab coffee here before heading onto Highway 401. Despite the heavy traffic, the drive through remains surprisingly efficient, with good timing and very few delays.nnAccuracy is another strong point. Even during peak hours, my orders have consistently been correct, which is not easy in a high pressure, high volume environment. The staff are courteous, friendly, and professional, and that positive attitude makes the experience smooth even when the line is long.nnAnother big advantage is that this location is open 24 hours, with the drive through operating at night. That makes it extremely convenient for late night drives, early mornings, or anyone needing a quick stop outside regular hours.nnOverall, this has become my go to Tim Hortons over the years because of its consistency, speed, and reliability. It handles crowds well, serves a diverse community, and continues to deliver good service despite being very busy at times. I had a great experience, the store was clean and well-maintained, which made the visit even more pleasant. The staff were friendly, polite, and served customers efficiently even during busy hours. My order was prepared quickly and exactly as requested—I especially appreciated that my wrap was customized perfectly the way I wanted.nnOverall, excellent customer service and a great place to grab coffee and food. Highly recommended!

Did mobile Order on Feb 4, 2026 @ around 12:55 2 hot drinks along with 1 hash-brown, 2 jalapeño bagel one toasted dry NOT CUT…. Personally specified as well on speaker NO CUT and second jalapeño with butter, but still they CUT THE BAGEL which is not acceptable… it’s like they don’t care for Customers choice at all.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE… Hope the owner go through the reviews or the Head Office… Thanks

Very nice Tim Hortons! Way better than the one down the road at Markham and McNicol. It's more calm and the service is really good. Highly recommended! They pay attention to the order and give you exactly what your ordered.
