Tim Hortons

I recently visited Tim Hortons and was very disappointed with the level of service and food handling at this location. The staff demonstrated a lack of basic food manners, and the overall experience did not meet the standards I expect from Tim Hortons. The quality of service was poor, and it was evident that the staff were not attentive or respectful in their handling of food. This needs to be addressed to ensure a better experience for customers in the future.

Terrible customer service their donuts had flies stuck on the glaze.nnOrdered a dozen donuts but they forgot to give me the receipt while going through the drive thru. I went back around to ask for a receipt, since this was for a corporate function and need one to file for business expense. The worker at the microphone had the audacity to tell me to “ask for receipt next time otherwise I might not be able to give you one”.nnWhere are you hiring these “people”? Also the donut had flies on the sugar coating/glaze. I can upload the receipt copy if you need.nnOverall the quality has gone down to rock bottom over the last 5-7 years…

It’s pretty much common knowledge that Tim Hortons has gone SIGNIFICANTLY downhill, so if I go there it’s for something straight from a machine—but evidently even something straight from a machine isn’t safe or suitable for consumption. At the drive thru I ordered a large White Hot Chocolate and XL French Vanilla from this location. After taking the lid off the white hot chocolate to let it cool off I saw a hair or something of the sort on the side of the cup. Can’t even contact anyone through the app because when you try to search for a location a required input it says something went wrong, so I’m leaving a review here. Both drinks went down the drain and a 1 star review is too high.

I was equally impressed with the wide selection of fresh pastries and sandwiches. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided swift service, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cleanliness and comfort of the location made it a great spot to unwind. Tim Hortons consistently delivers high-quality products and a pleasant experience. It’s a top-notch choice for coffee and more!

This location of Tim Hortons is awesome! The staff were really nice and welcoming, and the manager was super helpful and made sure everything was running smoothly. The food was fresh and delicious, and the coffee hit the spot. The place felt cozy, and it’s a great spot to chill or grab a quick bite. Definitely recommend!!!
