I recently visited Tim Hortons and was quite disappointed. The establishment seemed unclean, with flies noticeable throughout the area. Additionally, the coffee was subpar, lacking the quality one might expect from a popular chain. To top it off, the staff's attitude was less than friendly, which made the overall experience quite unpleasant. I hope they address these issues to improve their service and product quality.

The staff at 10:40 p.m. on the 22nd of January were nice and let me pickup my mobile pickup order on foot in the drive-thru. The owner however is forgetting to do simple tasks like updating head office on their hours so the app isn't taking money from people who don't have cars to come through drive-thru. I placed a mobile order for pickup only to find that pick up is not actually an available option and that drive-thru is the only option at this time of night.

Absolutely loved the newly renovated Tim Hortons! The interiors and design are fantastic, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The service was top-notch, delivering excellence with a smile. An all-around wonderful experience that made my visit truly enjoyable!

They never sliced my bagel which Tim Hortons normally does. Not a huge deal but it's the small things that people appreciate.
