Tim Hortons

Probably the dirtiest and most run down Tim Hortons I have been too. Went on a Sunday around 6:30, only baked goods they had were cookies left over from the night before. Coffee was decent. Worker who served me seemed miserable and like she didn’t want to be there. The worst part was the atmosphere of this Tim’s though…only 1/3 of the ceiling lights turned on so the restaurant was very dark. The hall to the washroom basically in darkness. The bathroom itself filthy and it had just opened up. The booth cushion, town horribly with garbage stuck into it. Wouldn’t return. There seems to be no pride whatsoever in Tim’s anymore. This review will do nothing…someone will reply to contact customer care and then if you call them nothing is done and they don’t even so much as give you Tim’s points for your troubles so I have stopped bothering. Tim’s this location is a sad sad example and no one there cares.

Not bad for a Tim Hortons! I come here during lunch or before a school day and it never disappoints. During a lunch rush, the staff are always fast, kind and caring to students. Atmosphere is mainly clean but washrooms can get dirty. All the coffee and drinks are fresh. Their pastries and desserts are excellent.

So I was at the Tim Hortons. I tried to order something right they say oh no we can’t get that to you right so why can’t you do that short guy other guy comes it’s just dude I’ll just give you everything for free. OK great service you can’t say that to a customer but the free part I like. I I would go back there again, but the guy named Ali was so rude. Terrible customer service. Food is good. All the other workers are completely fine. That’s why I gave it a four and the atmosphere is for out of 10.

The baristas are obviously rotated here as I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years now. The overall atmosphere is good because of where it’s located. This morning, I ordered a bagel with a hash brown. He asked me what bagel I wanted and I said whatever is vegan. He proceeds to show me the bagel stating “I don’t know whatever that means, just pick one from there”. I choose sesame bagel. They toast mine and then tell me, hash brown will take 6 mins. I ask why didn’t you tell me that before billing. She then suggests she can just add lettuce and give me my bagel! Seriously? I say no. She leaves by toasted bagel and goes into the kitchen to find hashbrowns. I saw a note on the counter asking us to leave a Google review so I started clicking pics and writing this review. She storms out and says I am toasting a fresh bagel for you and when she hands it over screams and asks “why did u take pictures, you are not allowed to take pictures”. Why exactly is there a board that is asking us to leave a google review? The folks in line ask me to ignore the screaming Tim Hortons staff and just post my review. My bagel looked buttered so I asked if she added butter she could’ve confidently said no but she got mine back and rechecked the order and asked the guy who took my order and they both were so pissed stating no no we did not add it ‘cause you asked us not to! I said thank you and left!nnIt’s so sad that my beautiful peaceful community’s only Tim Hortons employs such rude staff. I wouldn’t mind travelling all the way elsewhere and paying extra for my coffee/bagel rather than encounter such rude staff. Human beings in the service industry have got to practice being compassionate else please do something else. Your energy is transferred to us with what you serve.nPlease employ polite people. Don’t keep a board with a QR code asking us to review it on Google if you don’t want us to take pictures and post the truth.nnUpdate: I continue to go here and keep getting proven wrong in thinking the service cannot get worse than this! There are some amazing Tim Hortons that I regularly go to in the Markham area too! Perhaps you should learn from those branches and improve the service here employing people who actually care about what they do!

Hi, I usually come to this Tim Hortons for lunch. The customer service isn’t that great, though it’s not that bad at times. However, today I found a piece of plastic in my iced coffee, which was really disappointing. I normally enjoy coming here, but this experience was concerning and I hope it can be looked into to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
