Tim Hortons

A great Tim Hortons with a neat and clean dining area. The staff are friendly, efficient, and quick with service. I usually stop here for my morning coffee, and it’s always a pleasant experience. They’ve also added some really good breakfast options lately. My favorites are the Crispy Chicken Wrap, the Chicken Sandwich, and the Loaded Egg & Sausage Breakfast. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for a quick coffee or a satisfying breakfast.

Visited the Tim Hortons and had a smooth experience overall. Used the drive-thru to grab my regular order, and the service was quick and efficient. The drink was decent and consistent with what you’d expect.nnOne thing to note — the drive-thru lane is quite narrow, and during busy times it can back up all the way toward Sheppard Ave E, which isn’t ideal. On the plus side, there’s plenty of parking available. If it looks crowded, it’s definitely better to park and head inside rather than getting stuck in the drive-thru line.nnOverall, a reliable spot for a quick stop, just be mindful of peak hours.

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Sugantha at this Tim Hortons location. I usually stop by once or twice a week — typically on weekend mornings — to grab my protein latte, and she is consistently amazing.nnShe is one of the kindest and most positive people I’ve met in customer service. She always greets me with a great attitude and a smile, and she gets my order right every single time.nnSince the protein latte sometimes takes a few extra minutes to prepare, at times, she will thoughtfully ask me to park on the other side of the drive-thru and then personally brings my order out to me. That level of care and attention really stands out and makes the experience a smooth one.nnIt’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her customers. Thank you, Sugantha, for always starting my weekends off on such a positive note!

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons, and I especially want to appreciate Sugandha for her excellent customer service. She was very friendly, polite, and welcoming, and she made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Her positive attitude and helpful nature really stood out. Employees like Sugandha make the customer experience much better. Great service—thank you, Sugandha!

Worst experience I’ve had so far. The wrap was served cold, and my iced protein latte tasted like almost plain water. When I brought this up with the employees, they directed me to the on-shift manager. Instead of addressing the issue, he simply said, “That’s how it’s made. Don’t teach me how to do my work.”nnVery disappointing customer service and a complete waste of money. I expected much better.
