Tim Hortons

I had a terrible visit AGAIN at this location. Normally at other Tim Hortons I always ask for extra cream for the ice Capp and they don’t charge me money for it, but for the first time at this location I got charged 50 cents for extra cream which is very unusual. The girl at the cashier was talking rude to me. Poor service.

This photos were taken on separate days of my visit. This branch of Tim is always full of garbage and people’s leftovers. I have never seen any employees cleaning the floor nor the tables. The employees behave very rudely when asked. They also doesn’t like customisation on online orders and takes longer to serve. Authority should supervise regularly at this shop.

I was really disappointed with the coffee I got from this store today. The brew was weak and lacked any real flavor as tasted stale and the roast was uneven. Unfortunately, this place didn't live up to my expectations..Owner should take care of quality otherwise tim horton reputation is at risk!!

Kausi is the only one who passes a smile to the customers and gives them a pleasant experience. Four stars only for Kausi's service. All other employees do not even smile, most of the time talk in their language, if a person is standing, they do not even bother to ask what a customer is waiting for. Zero stars in the atmosphere because of all the other employees. They provide zero customer service.nnKausi is the only best employee at this Tim Horton. Love her energy!

Worst Tim Hortons. I order chai tea which was cold and taste like milk and sugar mix. Uncleaned dinning room. Poor customer service. Never visit here again.
