This is my go to location andnnWow! What a busy day that too on my birthday .nnPlace an online order for a free treat at 2:20pm and noticed order pickup at 3:21pm. I thought it’s a glitch.nBoy, I was wrong.nThey were influx with so MANY orders .nI came back at 3:20pm and my order went missing in the app. Waited for 30 mins hoping they will announce my name, I WAS WRONG AGAIN.nnAlthough they were all caught up the team managed to get my order.nnShout out to Starbucks team at this location. I doubt they even had time for their breaks during this time. The team worked patiently , calmly and helped with my order. Thank you Gurnik

Ordered a Grande Java Chip Frappucino on a Venti Cup with Extra Whip but instead I got a very watery frappe with NO whipped cream. Waited an hour to order and get my drink.

I like that there’s a drive thru. I ordered a soy based frappe. It’s fine that I have to pay an extra 90 cents fee for soy, even though this shouldn’t be the case, as soy milk is very popular and probably way cheaper and more sustainable than cow’s milk. However, the barista who was making my drink accidentally put cow milk instead. When I let her know I ordered soy, she just dump the milk and vaguely rinsed the cup. I can still see the cow milk base in it after the rinse. I had to let her know and why I can have cow milk. No apologies, she did used another cup.nnThere should be some respect to the customer’s drinks and should be made with care and especially cleanliness. These Starbucks drinks are not cheap!nnIt just blows my mind how slow the service is and on top of that, mistakes are made. Nothing really gets a proper rinse. Like I can still see matcha powder stuck to the shaker when another customer’s ice tea is being made, and it wasn’t green tea. I can understand if it’s mega busy, but it wasn’t.nnI don’t think I will be going back to Starbucks anymore, somehow, I always feel ripped after going there.

I've been here a few times, every single time there has always been an issue. One of them was when I ordered 2 drinks, they made the first one 20mins earlier than the other one. 1st order was a frap which melted when I got the 2nd drink. I wasn't too upset since they were busy.nnThe next time we went, we ordered frapp from the counter, and only informed us they did not have whipped cream after we paid, and waited. The last time I went was yesterday night, and that was when I have had enough. At 8:40pm the guy at drive thru told us that the next time we come, we should wait 5 mins after we order through mobile. We came at 8:40, and on the app it indicated, order should be ready at 8:41, and that's what we told him in reply, the guy did not stop arguing with us, like we did something so immoral.nnPlease hire better people who knows customer service, or train them to have better customer service skills. Most starbucks I've been to have the friendliest, and nicest employees. Please do better.
