Tim Hortons

First time I encounter such a humiliating and unprofessional experience at Tim Hortons drive through at this location on Sunday April 28,2024 at 4:57-5:00 pm , I asked for Caramel latte and a muffin and the lady asked me Hot or Cold option? I asked her to do a quick call to confirm less than a minute , and came back SHOUTING & SCREAMING, SIR I ASKED YOU COLD or HOT !!!! And apparently someone from the staff took over that call and said it’s ok please proceed to the window . At that time , you don’t need neither the coffee nor the muffin, I asked to speak with the manager “DJ”, but they declined to give me the name of the lady . I will reach to the franchise owner as well, please don’t ruin TH reputation, invest in people and enrol the staff in a ,proper training . Very bad experience

It's a Tim Hortons just like any. I gave it five stars overall because the staff was very friendly and it seemed quite clean. 5 stars for the customer service I received and they had a very good selection of donuts and all the other things unlike some other ti.ms.

My recent visit to Tim Hortons left much to be desired. I ordered a medium French vanilla, but to my disappointment, the cup I received was only slightly more than half full. It was disheartening to pay for a medium-sized cup and essentially receive a small. The staff member at the drive-thru displayed frustration in his tone when I politely requested an extra cup. Furthermore, I was taken aback when he proceeded to provide an unnecessary and abrupt explanation about their ongoing policy of charging an additional $0.10 per cup for over a year. This experience was far from satisfactory and raised questions about the standard of service provided.

**THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED**nnI just paid $3.00 for what was supposed to be a bagel with cream cheese. Except you need a magnifying glass to find the cream cheese. When I politely asked the staff to put enough cream cheese on the bagel to cover it, she rolled her eyes at me then asked how many ‘scoops’ of cream cheese I ordered. I didn’t order any ‘scoops’ of cream cheese - I ordered a bagel spread with it. She rudely handed it back and said if you want more you have to pay for it.nnLook, if $3.00 gets you only one ‘scoop’ you better make sure it actually covers the bagel. It’s absolute highway robbery to be paying this much for a dried out bagel with a barely visible amount of cream cheese.nnNever coming back to this location and I strongly recommend you steer clear as well.nnThey also charged $1.60 for an old fashioned plain donut. They put in zero effort and care and charge unconscionable amounts, they need to be held accountable.

I ordered 2 flatbread pizzasnAnd the toppings were just in the middle.nStingy with the toppings so not worth the price!nAs if you are just eating plain flat bread. No toppings at all!nCrew, more training
