Tim Hortons

Bhavana is a great employee—very professional and efficient. The Tim Hortons near my school is quite small, but the team manages to get the job done well. I often take my breaks there and appreciate the good service.

I usually come to this location and the service is somewhat acceptable as it is the food. However, for a while now and especially today the employees were especially rude. I wanted to order a double double, but then I changed my mind and asked the cashier to do 1 sugar instead of 2, she replied to me very rudely and corrected how I ordered. I found that to be very stupid and childish behavior. This location been getting worse with time...

I always order turkey bacon club sandwich and have eaten this at numerous Tim Hortons, by far, this was the worst turkey bacon club sandwich I ever had. The bun was not grilled and it was cold. There was only ONE Turkey usually it has at least 2-3. Some branches put 5 even.nPotato wedges was like plastic. Nothing like potato wedges in other tim hortons branches. Dont recommend this location.

The variety of items available is great compared to some other gas stations Tim's that only have coffee. I was in line to order and saw how the employees took orders for the person in front of me, me, and the person after me. There were two employees and they both worked incredibely fast and efficient. The speed of their order taking and order prepration was very fast. They werent very friendly but they were highly professional and well trained.nnI got my doughnut and crispy chicken wrap. The size of the wrap has gotten way smaller over the years considering the prices increased at a great rate. But both my items were fresh and tasted good so the quality didnt disappoint.
