The variety of items available is great compared to some other gas stations Tim's that only have coffee. I was in line to order and saw how the employees took orders for the person in front of me, me, and the person after me. There were two employees and they both worked incredibely fast and efficient. The speed of their order taking and order prepration was very fast. They werent very friendly but they were highly professional and well trained.nnI got my doughnut and crispy chicken wrap. The size of the wrap has gotten way smaller over the years considering the prices increased at a great rate. But both my items were fresh and tasted good so the quality didnt disappoint.
The staff at this location is absolutely lovely and always welcoming. I usually order egg and cheese farmers wrap through mobile app and one day by mistake I ordered Sausage & Egg farmer’s wrap. The staff changed my order immediately without any issue. Keep up the good work guys!!! :
Located at the north east corner of Finch and Don Mills and located in the Circle K shop.nnThere is ample parking out front but no sitting area inside.nnThe staff here are extremely rude and obnoxious. The manager is condescending and could care less of the customers needs and order. Another one in for pay cheque and nothing more.nnStay away from this location
18th December 2023, 9.05 pm. Mentioning time cause I couldn’t see the employee’s name tag as she had a jacket on. Anyway ordered a turkey melt, iced mocha and one iced capp. It was a mobile order and there was no customer. The girl was busy doing nothing and took 25 minutes to make 3 simple items. The iced drinks were lukewarm and tasted like water. Latte looked more like regular coffee. Iced cappuccino had no crushed ice. Turkey melt had wrong bread. I dont understand how can you manage to mess up such simple order. If youre not willing to work then simply give your shift to someone else. The only person who actually cares about their job is this one guy named Rashik or something. Never coming back to waste my money in this location.
Well the service is received today was that 2 attended Ayush and Ankush very arrogant and have attitude when i handed over a tell tims coffee discount code where they both started debating about the code being wrongnnThey need some customer communication trainingnnI regularly do surveys and get a coffee discount but off late some tim staff are just not waken up in good mood in the morning or its too many ppl to serve it seems
