I’ve found the coffee consistently good here, and the food quality is standard for the brand.nnOne small improvement could be better signage near the entrance and more attention to keeping the self-serve area like cream/sugar counters tidy during peak times.nnOverall, a great stop for a quick and familiar bite with fast service and a convenient location.

I ordered an oat milk ice capp and man, this thing was literally only filled 2/3 of the way when they handed it to me. I was so disappointed. If I had the energy, I would’ve complained, but I had such a long day so I just gave up. I think it’s completely unacceptable to fill someone’s order so low just because they ordered dairy free. I’ve never had such a barely filled ice capp in my life. Also, I’ve had dairy-free ice caps from other locations and they were filled normally not so low like this one so that’s not an excuse for being dairy free. Not to mention half of it just tastes like bare ice so basically I’m just paying for ice that’s barely filled. Look at the photo to see how low this thing is filled. I hope management does right because no way would i come back here paying full price for 2/3 of an item

The staff here is so fast and polite! They always have a huge smile on their face and are so welcoming! My son and I go a few times a week to eat and do schoolwork because the atmosphere and staff is so lovely. We would choose it any day over the Starbucks next door!
