Delicious crispy fresh puffs. It has varieties of flavors to choose and beverages as well. The store is small, so only good for a quick bite. The staffs are friendly and helpful.
The puffs are made to order and hot and fresh as a result; because they are fried, it's best to eat the puffs the same day. This location wasn't super busy when we went on a weekend afternoon, and they were quite efficient.nnI personally think the ones like cinnamon sugar with fewer wet toppings are better because they're crunchier and lighter. They also have some menu items with soft serve, as well as coffee and other drinks.
I came here for a little sweet treat after dinner nearby and it turned out to be a great choice!nnSince there were two of us, we decided to go with the 12pc with 2 flavours.nnWe chose the Cookies & Cream and the Choco-Loco flavours.nnBoth were really tasty, but I was a little sad to see that there wasn't very much drizzle on them, especially the Cookies & Cream one.nnI really liked the concept of these puffs, they taste very close to a mochi donut; golden and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.nnOverall, it was a good first experience, and I think I'll be back to try the other flavours
Puffs were hot and fresh and would order them again. One box of 12 puffs fed 3 of us and we were all really happy!
I recently visited Mr. Puff's with the sole intention of trying their renowned Mr. Puff dessert. Unfortunately, my experience was somewhat disappointing. While the Mr. Puff itself was as delightful as I had hoped, the overall service was lacking. I was the only customer present, yet the servers seemed to ignore me for the majority of my visit. This made for an unpleasant and rather awkward dining experience. I hope the management at Mr. Puff's will look into improving their customer service, as the quality of their desserts deserves a more attentive and welcoming environment. With some service improvements, Mr. Puff's could be a truly enjoyable destination for dessert lovers.
