I had an absolutely amazing experience picking up two Too Good To Go surprise bags from this Tim Hortons location! They literally filled my bags to the brim, and it was such a delightful surprise.nnThe quantity was incredibly generous, but they didn't skimp on quality either—everything was fresh and top-notch. On top of that, the customer service was fantastic; the staff made the pickup process quick, easy, and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this specific location to anyone looking to grab a surprise bag!

Very, very, very bad customer service, and this lady doesn’t know how to talk to customers. She is so rude. If she don’t like work she should just stay home.

It was my first time going to this TIMS because I was on my way somewhere and when I was eating my wrap I noticed a weird smell but ignored it. As I was eating I saw a freaking fly in between my sandwich! Reading the other reviews apparently this is typical with this location. Now im even scared to drink my coffee or eat my potato wedges! I paid $15 for the most unhygienic food that I can't even eat. Avoid this place!

There’s only one guy working and very big line…. I waited more than 10 mins in the line…and only 3 people in front of me…. owner must be a careless guy keeping only one guy during the rush hour…. Right by the exit and no good maintenance…nnThey’re out of the thing I needed…. I had to take another one…..carelessness of the owner againnnTo the owner: Keep two guys, every thing gonna be good…. The man who was serving the people was good at his work though !!nnAnd my food is cold guess why?, The man had no time to grill because of the customers and the only person is looking after he is only himself. My food is for eight dollars. I got a cold food.

Where do I begin. I walked in to this location at 8:15 am and made an order for 5 coffees and 5 bagels. I received my bagels almost instantly but waited 40 minutes for my coffee. I left at 8:55. As a chain that represents itself as fast and quality, my experience showed that both those things are false. Two of the employees were very kind and helpful, but one of the other employees messed up my order twice. I had to continue to wait. At one point, she quite literally served me a cup of milk which was supposedly my order. No syrup, no coffee, just milk. I’m so disappointed and to top things off that same employee was extremely disrespectful. She got mad at me when i told her my order was wrong and i had to tell her multiple times that my drink was just milk. She also spilled what seemed to be a cleaning liquid all over which I think for a food and drink establishment, is unsafe and concerning.nnI would also like to note that during my 40 minute wait, multiple other customers were served, while I just stood there. I am extremely frustrated!!!
