The lady at this named alisa doesn’t know how to take orders,charging me extra for an iced coffee bcoz i added milk and she made the iced coffee so worst that i just throwd after a sip. Thats really too bad service. She doesn’t know how to talk to the customer.

It should never be ok to give hardworking loyal customers a hard time because you want to count the till at 10..... your store closes at 11 . How about you honour that..nnUs contractors have spent $100s at this store in past 6 weeks and tonight will be the last time,nim sure the disrespectful counter lady will welcome it.nDo the owners or corperate even care??nnMaybe , maybe notnnyou lost this large daily site order and will be working in the area for next 2 years... 20 per day x 253 day x 2 years = 10 ,120 lost revenues.nnLooks like my site will be buying a bunn and making our own coffees!!!nnTim Hortons corperate needs to do better on installing the quailty of service it had before amongst its franchises....nnBad employees , bad attiudes can ruin you pretty quick

Food drink is better then the other locationsnBut they work really slow 5 or 6 workernThere take him to long to serve people when my turn come I notice they just chilling talk even they don’t see the line up

Located on the south west corner of Bayview and Sheppard in the Esso station.nnThe attendant Juliet is super friendly and shows her passion with her smiles and enthusiasm.nnThere is no drive through but service is plenty quick

I've seen flies in the display case at this location multiple times but today I saw the biggest one yet. Every time I see one, I notify the staff but it looks like this issue hasn't been addressed as it keeps happening.nnSafe to say, I won't be going to this location anymore because of the inconsistent quality of the food, the lack of cleanliness, and lackluster service from the staff.
