This issue is regarding the service at this location. I always order my coffee on the app in the morning because I’m in rush and don’t want to deal with the wait. I get there and my coffee is either not ready or it doesn’t have sleeve on. The coffee cup is very hot and I can’t hold it. So I will need to wait, and find someone at the cash to give me the sleeve. They are rude about it too. There is this girl who rolls her eyes everytime I ask for the sleeve. They also don’t stir my coffee. So I have to get to work find a spoon and stir the sugar. This is very inconvenient. What’s the point of ordering in advance on the app? Why are they holding the coffee sleeves at the back? Why don’t they just put the sleeve in the hot x-large coffee? Why aren’t they stirring the coffee? Most importantly why are they rude?! I have been going here for 10+ years and this year things have gotten worse. Thinking to switch to Starbucks for my daily coffee.

ordered 2 farmers wrap that’s supposed to have creamy bbq sauce since i paid for it, got home, and when i ate my food, THERES NO SAUCE!! AGAIN!! I don’t want to write such a review but this keeps happening! I keep paying extra for just a sauce and cant even pay attention on that?? Stop being clowns and pay attention on your simple orders!

5 out of 5 . The staff is amazing, especially Maralyn who calls me by name and knows just about all the names of her customers… she also has a very lovely and welcoming smile and is very knowledgeable about the product. If she isn’t in management she should be .

Got to visit the location today during my lunch, ordered a veggie wrap through mobile pickup, and later realized after biting into the food that the wrap had chicken instead. For context, I’m vegetarian for religious reasons, and have been vegetarian my entire life, I only realized it was chicken after a few bites having never eaten it or been exposed to it before.nnI had no choice but to go back to the location DURING MY WORK HOURS 10-15 minutes after leaving the location to raise this concern and the employee allegedly in-charge of making the food DID NOT REMEMBER making the wrap.nTruly a terrible experience and unprofessional to not know about the food coming out, especially in the case of serving both vegetarian / non-vegetarian options in a diverse community. Even having been a mobile order, there should have been zero miscommunication about what food should have been given out. Terrible experience from the staff and employees, when that’s one of the most important responsibilities in the role. Not even from a religious point of view, but what if someone is allergic to the food given … shame on you all.nnI will definitely not be ordering from this location again nor would I recommend anyone else to, unfortunately 1-star is the lowest I could go for this 0-star review.
