I recently had the worst experience ever at Tim Hortons, and it was all due to the incredibly rude manager named Debbie. From the moment I approached the counter, she seemed disinterested and unengaged. When I tried to place my order, she didn’t even bother to listen and kept interrupting me. Her dismissive attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.nnAs someone who frequents Tim Hortons regularly, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism displayed by a manager. It was clear that she had no interest in providing good customer service. Instead of addressing my concerns or even acknowledging my presence, she seemed more focused on rushing through my order without any regard for accuracy or courtesy.nnThis experience has left a very negative impression, and I will not be returning to this location. I hope the higher management takes this seriously and addresses Debbie’s behavior. No customer should be treated this way, and it’s disappointing to see such poor service from a manager.
I received at your drive-thru this morning around 10:30 AM. I ordered a Bacon Farmer’s Wrap and potato wedges, but my experience was far from pleasant.nnUpon arriving at the drive-thru window, the lady serving, who was a short woman with a loud voice, was shouting as if she was giving away free food. When I checked my order, I found that I had received an egg wrap instead of the Bacon Farmer’s Wrap I ordered. As I was checking, she repeatedly shouted for the next order. When I informed her of the mistake, she rudely told me to come inside for a replacement without any apology or acknowledgment of the error.nnWhen I went inside, she simply told another employee to give me the correct wrap and did not speak to me directly. Her behavior was extremely rude and lacked any resemblance of customer service. This is not the first time I have had a negative experience at this location I usually ignore most of the time but this incident was particularly frustrating.nnI believe this store could benefit from training on humility and politeness. Customers are paying for their food, not begging for it, and they deserve to be treated with respect!!
I am a regular customer who visit the store 3-4 times every week. Feel extremely disappointed today for their service and how they do not care about how customer feel. I bought a combo yesterday and got a coffee with half sugar and 2 cream. I order like this every time for the order. However when I took it back to my work place and found out the coffee was way too sweet and I called in spoke with one of the employee that I would come back the next day to get another coffee because it is not how I want it. He asked my name and said he would leave a note for the next day employee. I also told him I can't come back at the same day because of work. I would have to come back to get my coffee around noon next day. He said it was fine.nnI just went over there today to get my coffee and the staff refused to honor me back a coffee. They said I would have to come back with the same time and exchange for the same time. I try to explain to them that I could not be back because of the work. They try to find out who spoke with me yesterday but no luck. In the end I just left the store without any apology. I probably would not go back to this store anymore due to this bad experience. I really don't care about the money but just don't understand how they can treat their regular customer who visit the store 3-4 times a week. Tim Horton head office should really be concern about this situation.
I've been coming to this location since it opened. It has a lot of parking and is a nice local neighbourhood coffee shop. The staff has changed hands over the years unfortunately and now only the female employees here give good service or are friendly. The male employees are pretty bad and just don't care and don't want to be there. What stands out at this coffee shop is the lady manager Debbie. She is very friendly and gives great customer service and when a problem arises Debbie is quick to resolve it and make the customer happy. It's a real shame that this coffee shop has taken a downward turn. Many of these male employees should not be in the service industry as it's clear by how they act and their rudeness. I hope things improve here otherwise I will be forced to go elsewhere if the manager cannot rectify the situation.nnJohn
This Tim Horton’s is such poorly managed especially during the mornings- there’s always confusion with patrons coming in on Sundays when they have their food deliveries qnd drive thru is closed. It’s bloody zoo - people don’t know where to go, causing angst and frustration. Not to mention the rudeness and sour attitude of the staff - good luck getting a smile out of any of them - and I don’t blame them because there’s no one actually directing flow in the mornings - it’s chaos.nnAnd to top things off, one of their machines/till didn’t even work.
