The staff here is fantastic! Accommodating, friendly, prompt, efficient, respectful. On the night we arrived they even gave my tired daughter a cute teddy bear. When we requested a crib the night manager was the one to bring it up. Also had a microwave delivered to the room and the houseman who delivered it was polite and efficient. The service alone would convince me to return. In addition the location was fantastic for getting around and having beautiful views of the harbor.
Our hotel room is absolutely amazing! We have a Harbour view that is so stunningly gorgeous! Full sliding door balcony! The fresh air and mountains are quite a treat, and we have been watching the sea planes fly in. The sound of sea gulls and beautiful views have made this one of the most beautiful rooms I've ever stayed. I would highly recommend this hotel. The spa and restaurant are very nice. The staff is so amazingly friendly and helpful. The property is large, and our porter helped us all the way to the room with our luggage giving us a tour of the hotel on the way. There is a beautiful area outside with a heated pool.
Great hotel in all senses.nGood food, lots of smiles, good amenities.nA bit busy, but that is somewhat expected over Easter.nOne caveat, that only applies if you like showers, if you are into long run baths, skip this because it doesn't apply to you.nDo NOT allow yourself to be checked into Suite 730.nWorst executed shower I've ever been in.nnApart from that, it is truly a great hotel in a great city.
This hotel is very nice. It is located right next to the shoreline walking path. Get a room with a view of the harbor and you can watch people walking along the path. The hotel has a restaurant at the ground floor with very good food. The pancakes pictured were the best pancakes I've ever had!! Will definitely be returning to this hotel in the near future.
Attended a wedding at Westin Bayshore. Food was pretty good. Always hard to keep salmon moist but had a good selection based on bride and groom picks. Beautiful venue for a wedding. The servers were attentive and poured your glass frequently. Good spot for wedding venue
