From entering the hotel, the valet service member, the front desk person, the coffee shop staff and even the cleaning lady, welcomed us with smiles and greetings. Off to a good start! The room was clean and I like the set-up. Bathroom had the sliding barn door and the ambiance is bright and clean. Comfy bed and the view is magnificent. Steps away from the harbor. So many sights and tastes to experience. Great location!
This is a beautiful Hotel with beautiful staff working throughout. We were so comfortable with our stay which made it a place to remember due to the great service and lovely rooms. The Restaurant serves delicious food and nothing is too much trouble. Food was amazing, delicious with such fresh produce. So good after being away from home to get such great tasty food. Great cocktails and I wish I could remember the lovely lady that recognised us on our second visit. She was so efficient and made us feel so at home. Thank you for an ALL round great experience. So hard to get it all right but this Westin did. Thank you.
A great location and the staff is delightful! Thank you especially to our front desk staff…and for the restaurant suggestions when the concierge was off…and to our dear housekeeping staff-great job! Hopefully the elevator is repaired soon. We were thankful that our room was close to the alternative elevator near the gym and Pelaton area; having only two working elevators could’ve been a hassle.nI suggest offering guests cartons of water rather than requiring them to have or purchase a refillable container. Bathroom amenities should automatically include adequate lotion and simple hygiene supplies; guests shouldn’t be expected to ask for them. At some point “sustainability” sacrifices hospitality and bumps the hotel down a notch.nAll in all, we loved our stay!
We had a great experience at this hotelnStaff was so hospitable. We had a 10 min wait for our room to be ready. They got us complimentary happy hour drink coupon while we waited. When they knew it was our anniversary we got a credit added to our account as a gift. The happy hour was so good- both food and drinks. Complimentary bikes were so appreciated to explore Stanley park area. We also loved the location right on marina- watched so many seaplanes take off and land.nHad fun at the pool and used the sauna barrelsnThey even had a game room which my daughter and spouse used :nAll in all a 5 start experience. No complaints! Keep up the great work
This hotel feels like a true resort! It offers a range of amenities, from a restaurant and lounge to an outdoor pool with a bar, indoor pool and hot tub, spa, arcade, and much more. Most of the staff are friendly, with some going the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable. The harbour views are simply breathtaking! They also host regular activities, including some kid-friendly ones like cooking classes and bingo. One thing to note is that water bottles aren't provided in the rooms. Be sure to bring a reusable one, as there are water fountains throughout the property, or you can purchase bottled water. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!
